Horrible customer service. They give you the run around about returns and leave you with crappy products that you can't get your full refund.

Horrible customer service. They don't allow you to return, even they give you 70% money back. Also, they didn't update their returning policy online. In addition, they have their customer service team in China because they always respond to me during mid-night.

I love the style of the clothes here! Most cute-style clothing on other websites is dropshipped from Taobao so the quality is really hit-and-miss, but since Ledin designs all their clothes it stays pretty consistent. I placed a 250 USD order and it arrived to Canada in 11 business days. Everything was comfortable and of decent quality. The prices are a bit on the high side, though, so I definitely recommend using a discount code (I found mines from a Youtube review for 20% off) or shopping during a sale. For students: the 15% off discount they offer is legit, but it's not *on top* of everything else. Instead of signing up for the student discount you're better off finding a 20% discount online somewhere.

This dress was much better than I expected it to be! It is so cute!! Got so many compliments and it’s great quality for the price!

It’s terrible customer service I even know. I used many websites which sell clothes from china like shein, allylikes, cider, and so on; but ledin.net is the worst. I made an order, then it took nearly a month to move it to through two city in china. It would be long way to UK where I live. Also after a month from my order date, they told me that one of my dress was out of order and they would like to refund a weird amount which they said it’s after the discount. However, when i made order, the receipt said different way. The difference between two price was $13 which isn’t big, however it made me feel like ledin.net is a thef. Then, i asked for returning everything because i made the order just because of that dress and the promotion. The weird refund they suggested turned the rest of my order become no promotion and no dress which i like most. Since the parcel was still in china, i want to return it which Amazon would do perfectly, or any onine clothes brands. Their customer service keep sending email for a week, but doing nothing except saying sorry. They literally doing nothing, no refund, no moving parcel. I feel like they keep my order somewhere in china and my money for forever. It’s such a scam website i ever known. Also, non of my friends made any successful orders so far. The parcels would definitely take more than a month if you live in UK. Definitely carefully considering it before you want to buy something.

Love the style of LEDIN.I can find all styles of clothes here and when I were different clothes, I feel like I've changed. That is so so so wonderful. By the way, it has also a good quality.

I have ordered twice from ledin and am satisfied with my lovely clothes. I got a bowknot blazer and two floral dresses, all of them are of great quality and fit me well. I love the design of these clothes, they're super cute, I want everything! Will definitely order again!

I love it. Ledin is a cool girls brand. I had bought several times, which design details touch me so much. For example, the bowknot, heart shape and beading. I just like a princess when I wear ledin!
By the way, sweet girls deserve it!

I ordered from here because the clothes looked great on the website and I spent over £50 on clothes so I could quality for get free shipping. Out of the three products I ordered, however, all of them were made from cheap material, and the top I bought came missing a button. After going in the wash once, another button came off and it only came with one spare, so now I have a top with a button missing that I don't think I'm ever going to wear. Even if it did have all the buttons, though, I don't think I would have worn it as the material is so flimsy and thin. As well as this, the cardigan felt very thin and unsatisfactory, and the only reason I am not giving one star is because the dress I ordered was okay, although it was not quite as expected and the material for the dress was also quite cheap. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

Purchased about 7 fancy cute items here for the scary first order. Satisfied with most of them but the jeans are tight, not my right size on the waist(I already size up according to the size chart).

First talk about their customer service. I forgot to use the first order code and felt quite anxious. Then I went to IG for help as I really don't know where their customer service is and was helpless at that moment(spent over $250). Someone on IG replied me , asking for my order number, then after some time they reported my request for me. Problem solved and I get my refund in 2 days. They also screenshot and tell me where the customer service is in. After that I enter their website again found their chating button in pink.

My package arrived safe and sound in a normal package about 19 days(I order on weekend and not their business day). They have a huge box for me and inside all packed separately(also have a paper, listing all the items I paid and I can double check with it) Most of them are in good situation but a cotton shirt got so many wrinkles and I'm quite not happy with that. That shirt looks almost perfect on the model but end up like that when it arrived. After iron it looks close to the picture so I forgive ledin.

The strawberry cardigan, just cute and unique and I have seen times, times on IG. And the pajamas is soft and I am very happy with it as it only cost me less than $25. Again, that jeans is my worst choice as it doesn't fit my waist. I can only wear it when I didn't have much food. But the bowknots and little deco looks so cute. They refund me for 30% of it(I took some pictures with the real measurement and ask whether I can get refund)

Others items I have mostly are dresses, very sweet and flattering. One of the black velvet dress looks good and well-tailored, but my cat's hair never leave and totally drives me crazy. Same things happen in this material so I can bear with it.

Will purchase more if they have better discounts and probably only purchase things in unique designs.

This website is legit, however, don't let that be the only guideline for you to shop there. They send used and/or extremely cheap quality products, when they've marketed their brand as mid-tier in China, both in price and quality.

First off, they send used products with stains on them to customers.

Secondly, the quality of most of their products is very poor. I have personally purchased many items that have already begun shedding before they are out of their packaging.

My recent order were half used items, and half extremely cheap quality items with loose threads, ripped fabric around the buttons and overall poor craftsmanship. The fit is very inconsistent, and usually is boxy and strange for coats. An item can be extremely baggy, but does not allow you to move in it.

I bought a coat, for more than $100, that has loose furs from the fur hood. It is brand new with tags. Every time I move, I see fur falling from the hood. I have never had this happen before with products purchased locally, even with my $20 -$50 hooded outerwear. It moves up my torso when I bend over or sit down, and does not allow movement, even though it is huge and makes me look like an igloo.

Another coat I bought has fabric that is worn. It has hairballs on the surface.

They are marketed as a medium tier brand, and are priced as such. With coupon codes and promotions, prices can to drop to lower tiered, but many items are still in the upper range, at more than $200-500 and beyond.

Most of their items are worth no more than $15. However, they typically sell for $20 -$500+.

Please stay away from any items that include buttons or stitching around seams (most items). Please stay away from coats, blouses, shirts, dresses and skirts. Their only good items are knitwear, but beware even with that.

Their customer service is patient, which I will give. Of course, they are there because they receive a lot of complaints. They have fake reviews with pictures stolen from Taobao. Do not trust online reviews about their products either on Reddit or their website.

I wrote a bad review a couple of weeks ago but I have to write again a new one because all my order has arrived!

The quality is good anche the design really on point. The order got stucked for nearly a month but now is here!

This was my first time shopping at Ledin and I was made to believe that this is a Japanese brand when it is not at all. The clothes are made in China and they are poor quality. The moment I opened the packages, the clothes smelled so bad. As a Chinese person myself, I know the difference between good quality clothes and bad quality clothes that are made in China. Good quality clothes that actually come from reputable brands never have that bad smell. I'm so disappointed and I will not be buying from this brand again.
