Bought a torch from Ledlenser for work which became defective, I had forgotten to register for the warranty, but this was no problem there customer service team helped me ever step of the way, from sending out replacement parts to replacing the whole torch.

Only had the torch a year.
Only had the torch a year but the push switch did not work. I had registered the P3 core ,something I normally would not have bothered . Anyway posted it off and it was replaced by the new P3. So good service.

Contacted Ledlenser, just needed purchase date, issue and to return for inspection(minus the battery).
Warranty confirmed and replacement received a couple of days later.

Purchased a head torch about a year ago from Amazon but unfortunately it packed up on me as Ledlenser it's a good touch, I thought there was no need to to fill out the warranty form as they did last but on this occasion so I rang the company and explain what happened I was amazed by them, telling me to return it, and we will send a new one free of charge. Okay, it cost me £10 to return the old one, but I did three days, a new one arrived what amazing service

Knowing the torch was well out of warranty, I contacted LED Lenser customer services to ask if they could put me in touch with a repair centre. By way of a response, I was offered a replacement LED torch head free of charge. Replacement part arrived in super quick time, safely and securely packaged. This torch has been used pretty much every day for the past ten years. With products this durable and customer service this good, why would you buy any other brand of torch

Problem quickly solved!
I contacted Ledlenser about a K6R torch alarm which was not working properly. I have had several torches and been really happy with quality and reliability. This one had gone into transport lock mode and a quick email to customer support resolved the problem. Special mention to Faisa for the solution.

Great customer service
I have owned my headtorch H7R Core model for around 5 years, it has had heavy use and has really been tested to the max, but it recently broke when using the lens attachments which I had purchased from their website. I got in touch with them and because I had registered my product when I bought it they were able to help me with a replacement headtorch under the 7 year warranty. Great customer service and I spoke with Faiza who was fantastic and was able to assist me. I use my head torch a lot for work so the quick turn around means it has minimal impact for me.

Very good experience.
I got a replacement H8R rechargeable headlight under warranty by simply mailing to make contact and returning the faulty one. Although the first replacement did not get to me for some reason, which I expect was not the company's fault but some issue that the courier experienced, the second one reached me within a few days. Excellent result and super timely responses to mail communication everytime.

Purchased an inspection light online almost 2 years ago that I use daily. The item unfortunately failed, I reported the issue to customer service. Given the heavy use and length of time I had the item I was pleasantly surprised to find that LED lenser offered to replace the item under warranty.

I got in touch with a warranty issue very close to the end of the generous warranty period on an unregistered torch. Faiza and the team were courteous and efficient at dealing with my request and I'm very pleased with the outcome (a brand new like-for-like replacement).
