Brilliant service and really good prices. I couldn't track my order due to problems with DPD-logistics, and the Ledlichtdiscounter team sent it a second time. Both orders came, and I left the second order. And again, the guys made a nice step and didn't charge me for the transport for the second parcel!
Terrible customer service support when returning a product. I had to return an item and after a week nobody knows where the package is, if it was received and when it will be processed. And if so, crediting back will take at least one more week. As excuse it is mentioned that is very busy and the uncertainty remains there. There is clearly room for improvement. If someone needs to send back an item, good luck. Conclusion, think it three times before purchasing at this company.

This is best store for LED lights and with good price. I bought some light and returned few. Earlier, there were little confusion about the refund but it sorted now.
I happy with their service.
1 watt gu10 lights are hard to come by for a low reasonable price. And you know what Ledlichtdiscounter.nl had them The delivery time of those ledlights was in a few days which was very good also. Actually I know exactly now where to order if I needed more or other ledlights.
Good choice, easy to find what you want, great prices and good customer service. Can’t beat that!
