I never received the mounting brackets…
I never received the mounting brackets that were in the ad. Your ad does not say that they are or are not included. I spoke with a representative, asked him just to send me it out because I got a bunch of crap that doesn't fit my light and I can't use so he hasn't sent them out. So I'm just going to go to the better Business bureau and the attorney general. There's no reason why I should pay that kind of money and not get what was offered. Your ad does not say that it comes with the five mounting brackets and your ad does not say that it doesn't come with the moaning brackets. Also, in the minimal directions that I received it shows the mounting brackets but if they were an extra there's no price on it. Seeing there's no price on it that tells me they should have been included. That's false advertising and bait and switch. And I trust me I'll never come back

We offered to discuss with experts on installation ideas. We called numerous times to offer help, but no answer or call back. Tough to fix by email. We are still offering to help; we want to fix this for you. We dont want anyone to have unresolved issues. Please let us help you.

Quick/reliable service
It was easy to navigate their web site and order what I wanted. Delivery was done in a reasonable amount of time. It was easy to wire the exterior LED spot light assemblies into the house's exterior wiring. I've used the lights every night for nearly a month without any problems so far.

This is my second time using the pickup…
This is my second time using the pickup service here, and it was just as easy as before. I called ahead, and when I arrived a few hours later, my order was ready. The staff was very friendly, both over the phone and in person. As an electrician, I appreciate the efficiency and great service—I’ll definitely be using this again!

This is a great LED dusk to dawn light. It has 3 light level adjustments and 3 color settings. It is brighter than the one I replaced. I highly recommend this light.
