Placed my order on Jan 18, 2026. By Feb 20th I had not received my order. I called and after several delays my call was answered by som guy named Alex who seemed he was asleep. Alex claimed he had some delays and my order had shipped and I would receive by 2/27/26. It is now 3/3/26 and still no package. I called again. No answer. Went to voicemail. Search my order online and it tells me it does not have an order with that order number. This guy is a shame and needs to be arrested.

Placed an order on Jan. 13th. Never got any updates. Emailed them on Jan. 21st, and got no response. Emailed again today to tell them I would be disputing the charge on my credit card, and the email bounced.

And yet their website is still up, presumably still taking orders.

I placed an order on Jan 8. I received an email of my order, and that is where it stopped. After several calls and being promised by Alexia from the sales group to get back to me on the order I have no update. When I try to track my order it shows it does not exist. After several weeks and additional emails and calls I have no update on my order.

Ordered few strip lights for one of my projects. Got a discount as a construction professional. Lights were delivered within few days and they work well.
