The staff are both rude and demanding

The staff are both rude and demanding. Tried pushing their way into my house arguing that I had signed up for replacement of my lights. I had already recently got a local electrician in to upgrade all my lights. Their staff arged that only their lights are safe and others will burn my house down.

Hi Katie, this does NOT sound like our employee or contractor's behaviour. Do you have the names of the person? And have you seen their ID badge?

Putrid, ignorant, harassing company.

What gives you the right to come and knock on my door, ignoring the DO NOT KNOCK sign clearly on display which your sales rep also acknowledged but chose to ignore anyway when they were asked about it, with your rep also not wearing a mask properly during a pandemic, also at a time when I can’t have friends and family over per the current Government directives? You are NOT an essential service. Go. Away. Future unwanted harassment from you will not be taken to as kindly as it has been.

Hi Brad, sorry for this. But we had very few door knockers. Please identify the rep's name so we could speak to him.

Unhonoured contract

I got from them an upgrade summary to replace my ceiling lights to led globes totally 46 globes at 33. - after I sent them photos of my ceiling lights and mentioned over 20 of them are B15 globes. The summary signed and returned, asking when will the service done and when to pay, without any response. Later, I found the summary details 46 x B22 globes free and service fee 33. - so I write to them to change to B15 globes then they charge over 200.- with less globes, refuse to do the job originally agreed.

The point is that I have told your guy over 22 of them are B15 globes and you team says over the phone it will be totally 33.- service charge only before the first update summary given.

Your people knows that it is residential house in the very beginning as he is told so. I sent a email with photos stating there are over 22 globes in the house are B15 before your first quote is given. It is totally unacceptable to deny the facts and should rectify by honouring the deal to offer the B15 globes at no charge as promised over the phone。

It is clear that your people offer me all the globes replacement to led globes at no cost over the phone before the first upgrade summary is given to me to sign and accept. To do business one must be honest no matter a deal has profit or loss to keep its goodwill. Your company goodwill is definitely negative if you keep on denying the facts and beinf dishonest to do business. If I were you, I will get the deal at no charge and waiving the service fee of 33.- even though this deal is loss to you but keeping a late goodwill, and acceptable customer services level.

Well, I think there is no further conversation with your people over the phone after the first upgrade summary is offered, therefore, what you say is invalid. As a layman I don't have thorough understanding of the shape and model number but your people are experts, should know exactly what it should be as you are sent photos of the lights with globes before the first summary is offered. Stop any further excuse and do business honestly to maintain the fading negative goodwill.

This shows LEDSaves is a completely dishonest business with poor customer services and worth negative comments and no goodwill at all.

Poor management and customer services!

Hi Kau, please do NOT take advantage of someone's message over the phone if there was a misunderstanding. You got written confirmation afterwards anyway. In written quotation, you were NOT misled so we would NOT give you discount as you asked and make a complete loss. Please ask other ACPs for cheap price. I heard the recording over the phone. "Globe" refers to B22 and E27 round pear shape light in the phone conversation. If "candle" shape, they would call it candle. That's why $33 was only mentioned. And $33 was minimum co-contribution. In the subsequent conversation, we found out you had candles and therefore adjusted summary. We did NOT mislead you in this situation therefore we would NOT make $4 a loss per light. We cannot offer B15 for free. We would be losing $4 a globe if we offer B15 at NO additional cost. I do NOT think anyone answered you over the phone had intention of misleading you. You got the written lighting summary before you could make a decision to go ahead or NOT anyway. I also suggest you to quote with other providers and push them for a free deal. B15 in residential is NOT free. They are $5 each. This is from the team : "The customer received a quote for 46x B22 lights for $33 then he replied saying that the majority are B15 candles so the quote was change with he quantity of B15 as 24pcs and B22 22pcs. The B15 candles has quoted with $5.00 charge each and he doesn't want to pay for it." B15 are $5 each for residential, B22 are $33 for residential regardless of volume. The quotation was correct.

3 electricians were booked to install for you but they all gave up on your job: Martien, Evan and Luke. It is likely a 4th electrician will also give up on your job if we schedule again. Can we ship for free some down lights to you? Since we could NOT install for you, we won't claim VEU incentives.

Unfortunately really poor quality…

Unfortunately really poor quality LED's. Replaced our factory under GOV scheme and the lights are rubbish - dim up and down all day long. Rang company numerous times but they have already received GOV cheque so no interest. Stay away.

Hi Will, the quality of lights are guaranteed by SAA, C-tick, TM21, LCP, LM-79, ISTMT, LM80 reports that must obtained to pass the VEU product requirements. You need to replace your dimmers. Otherwise please leave the switch at maximum dimming and only use ON and OFF. Dimmer switch upgrade is $65 for clipsal LED dimmer including installation.

My business was approached by this scam…

My business was approached by this scam company in august 2018. I signed the contract they emailed and returned. They deducted a $38.50 'call out fee' and despite calling the office several times, I am STILL waiting for a representative to call back and for installation. I will now be taking this up with fair trading and reporting the company to ASIC as a fraud.

My ref no. is 22173 if someone from Phenix would like to bother calling me...

Phenix LED SAVES - AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME

Was phoned by Phenix LED SAVES in Melbourne countless times to up grade lights to LED's for free!!!
They sent a immaculately gold clad smart dressed consultant driving a smart vehicle to look at my requirements in Halls Gap 270 km from Melbourne.
I had previuosly filled out all required paperwork sending it through and haven't seen anyone for over 18 months now to replace my 16 Florescent Tubes and other std globes.
I've phoned them more then 6 times over this time and was to be called back regarding installation.
They don't call back so I phoned to be eventually told no Electrician services this area?
Why bother calling people to begin with or drive out 270 km to access a job they don't do ???
I wonder if they are being subsidized by the Government for work they don't complete under energy compensation schemes by submitting the Authorization paperwork I signed after completing....

They do not follow up on what they say they are doing, I am constantly having to chase things up. Getting called to arrange appointments on days I have already told them we are not available. When issues are raised, they do not listen at all and just continue with their own dialogue. Must have a script or something to follow. Absolutely terrible customer service.
