Fake Pokémon cards. Do not buy from them

Bought pokemon cards and they were fake. Such a mean thing to do to my girls who have been looking all over for these cards. Dont buy anything here.

The batteries took over a month to arrive but they work well and seem to recharge to full power.

I bought A box of Pokemon Cards. And All the Cards was Fake. Im so Angry About it Cause. I thought i Could buy a Box and Get Real Cards. Thats Not Okay!

I ordered a product from this website a month ago and I have yet to receive it. I received an email with a tracking number that does not work.

My purchase finally arrived the day after I wrote to inquire about not having received my item and having no tracking info or any communication from your side other than purchase/shipping confirmation email. Everything is good with the product and packing, the only reason for the 4*was because the time of delivery was a bit much when other pkgs ordered long after arrived well before yours, which spurred my need to inquire about my purchase, and when I realized I did not have any account, order or tracking info on your website, I wrote my email. Literally less than 12 hours later and my package arrived. I guess I should have been more patient but exceeding 3 weeks on delivery seems long, especially when I couldn't track the shipment... I think if someone makes a purchase from your inventory regardless of how they found their selected item, the confirmed order should be automatically provided a tracking number and optional updates at advancing stages. Would go a long way to ease customer anxiety... Just saying.

In a purchase including two LED headlights, both of which were selected after careful consideration of their published performance numbers, one met its published performance figures, and the other fell well short.
The underperforming unit appeared to have one failed battery cell, and so support at LED Supermall was contacted.
That lead to a four month backwards and forwards by e-mail, in which LED Supermall claimed that the unit "fell within factory specifications", and was deemed by the factory to be "normal". LED Supermall then refused to respond to e-mails.
Apparently, normal in this Chinese factory means that your light burn time is less than half what you state it to be, in this case, the light operated for about 90 minutes when it was supposed to operate for 4 hours. I downloaded the specifications page off the website and pointed out what the light was supposed to achieve; the response from LED Supermall was to remove the specification page from the item listing.
LED Supermall refused to take responsibility for its failed light, and refused to replace or refund the item.
The products for sale by LED Supermall vary widely in quality (I have had other items from this seller that have failed after some use), and it is not easy to pick which ones will be OK, and which ones won't.
This seller will not guarantee the quality of the products that it sells. I'd recommend finding another seller that does provide support for its products.

I placed an order for a nitecore torch before reading through the seller reviews. Payment was in US$ but in actual fact it is a Chinese website. So after reading through a lot of really bad reviews I didn’t want to take a chance on my order and I requested to cancel it. This was promptly attended to and my money has been refunded through PayPal. No questions asked.

Product seems to work as expected, just took forever to deliver which isn't really any one parties fault.
