Just another one trying to sell you a $1,000 program and they were only talking about how other people did supposedly but say results are not typical. Chat was turned off in meeting but kept saying to write in the chat only worked if they wanted to sell you something to click on

The guy doing the training was so rude to his wife! He kept interrupting her and making condescending comments to her. I almost left because I didn’t want to learn from a jerk. Also everything that they taught how to do was behind a large paywall.

Private Money Broker Course.
The lessons are great and throrough in explainaton. Easy to understand. After the course work is done you are basically on your own. Can call support, but am redirected to someone else. I feel a little defeated in my efforts as I am doing it on my own as I need more money to continue forward. Good Christian company. This is what drew me to it.

Within the 1st two hours, the presenters shared new information. That was critical for me.

In April of 2024 I found myself out of a job after 16 years as a financial controller. At my age I found it difficult to find a new position at the same level. That summer I remember wishing that I had more investments in real estate to pay the bills. I had 4 properties which had been funded using cash, with limited success. I did not know how other investors were able to scale the business and acquire more properties.

In October I opened an email that came to the promotions folder of my gmail account which asked me if I was worried about retirement (I was). I opened the email and it led me to the Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing. My wife and I invested in the Ultimate Broker Package in December. Our first step was to secure a DSCR loan on one of our properties. The working capital & the knowledge from the training allowed us to double our rental footprint in 2025.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about Real Estate and willing to ACT on the knowledge to make the investment, it is well worth it.

Presenter was going too fast and too much information was presented. Find a way to streamline and give all the costs in one segment. I do not like how your presenters got everyone excited about becoming a certified broker in the morning segment then after you sign up and think you’re all good to go they drop the bomb on you that you need $4000 more dollars to get access to the software and technology to do the job of a broker. That was not cool at all!

Excellent detailed communication. I had personal issues being that I just had major surgery days before. But, I could follow along and have the opportunity to review every detail at my own pace on the recorded replays.

The husband and wife "presenters" were very honest (from knowledge and experience) about how Lee Arnold's Training, staff and expertise in Real Estate can help other's (myself included) improve "their" life and lives of others by succeeding in the Real Estate Business and investing. You left believing it's all there to succeed and earn a better living! Sincerely, Mike M.

We invested, many of us from retirement funds, Lee based upon his compelling message. Where I believe he is a good man of strong moral fiber, his support staff and team, by their own admission, were unable to deliver due to understaffing. We invested based upon the commitments that were made to us upfront. To later be informed that the LA team was understaffed and thus unable to deliver on their promise is NOT acceptable. To further compound this matter, LA pitched us to pay $20k in additional fees to join their soon to be released additional training. 50 individuals investing $20k/ea = $1M generated to bankroll a new LA course when by their own admission, they were unable to deliver on their first obligation. Again, I believe LA to be a good man. However, being a good man also requires him to recognize and acknowledge where he came up short and failed to deliver on his commitment as patrons of his business. I am NOT talking about individuals who failed to "block and tackle properly" I am referring to those of us who well exceeded 40+ hrs/wk to LA principles but were not able to get loans processed because they were too short staff!

So much content with exactly what to do & the funding you need to find or flip in Real Estate. Also, the teaching with the Wolf's was spot-on! The testimonials of successful students was right on too.
