Delivery was ok

Delivery was ok. Bike is not as good as advertised.
Battery life is a lot shorter than my old bike.

Lee smoothed it out.

Strap in people. This one gets a bit crazy. I ordered a bike in the sale. Lee was pretty quick to get it dispatched. Then some sort of shenanigans happened between the warehouse and the shippers. Short version, the bike evaporated never to be seen again. Lee kept me in the loop and sorted me with a very reasonable solution. I’ll leave it at that.

TLDR: Lee fixed a problem he didn’t create.

In terms of the bike, very well packaged. I thought it was missing some stuff. Lee to the rescue again. Turns out the manufacturer had sent an older manual despite it being a newer model. Lee told me the correct set up within about 30 mins of me emailing.

excellent service, I ordered the bike on Friday evening about 8pm & Tuesday morning it arrived !

it arrived in a large brown box, well packed & safe!

These are the perfect assisted bikes

Arrived so well packaged it took us ages to unpack them.Absolutely wonderful bikes,well made,good quality frames,so easy to understand how to use as the display readings are very clear,as are the gear displays.The bikes are very smooth in the assist mode and the battery lasts ages,it doesn’t seem to use hardly any power on our rides but makes it so much easier to enjoy what’s around you. The batteries for these bikes are very cheap to replace compared to a lot of other manufacturers. We would highly recommend them,they are so smart to look at too.

Ordered my Bike on a Monday

Ordered my Bike on a Monday, received super quick two days later on Wednesday. Box arrived intact and well packaged. Lee answered all my queries, even late in to the evening.

The bike itself, Samebike CY20, very elegant & high quality parts, bought at a bargain price. I’m on the heavy side as a rider, hoping to lose some weight cycling again, well capable bike with peddle assist kicking in with some punch.

Thanks again Lee, hope to do business again in the future.

Tourrol U1 ebike great fun

I bought a Tourrol U1 ebike which was my first electric bike from LeEco-Riders. I have not cycled in 10 years due to illness so thought I would try an electric bike.
It was the best thing I have done in years 😊
With the help of the electric power when needed it meant I could cycle easier and further than I would have been able to now I am 65 😂
It is a great ebike and LeEco-Riders are a great small business to buy from, so I definitely recommend them.

Would recommend . Order a e bike . Informed the company my rota days off . So I would like to be in . When it came . And it did a week after . Got a text of the delivery firm. On time and on my day off . Bike was a Xmas present. She is very happy with it . Hitway bk6 folding bike

Definitely recommend this store

Ordered an electric bike from leEco-Riders that was on a sale price had order accepted but because it was a great price they sold out but at no extra cost to me was given an upgraded bike as a good will gesture the bike is of a very high standard very well made and looks great so in my experience I would definitely recommend this store

If anyone wants to buy ebike I will recommend leeco riders they are uk based shop and they will look after you, not like them other china website. Thanks Lee

Dreadful no conscience middleman

I used LeEco-Riders as they are based in UK and wanted to avoid any nonsense from China as I had chose to buy my first Ebike for my 50th birthday, the bike I wanted was the Fiido T1 Pro.
However the experience has been dreadful from both LeEco-Riders and Fiido, the first bike took 2 and a half weeks to arrive and was damaged beyond riding as the front forks had taken a serious impact in transit and had been bent inward.
I then contacted Lee at LeEco riders who seemed put out and palmed me off to Fiido technicians who then tried to blame me for the damage! The whole situation was dreadful not to mention the texts from China at 2am in the morning, I also had a bike packing trip planned which had to be cancelled because of this.
It took another 3 weeks of communication with Lee from LeEco riders who had to be prompted every time to get any response and wasn’t very helpful at all to get the first damaged bike picked up which was a nightmare in itself and arrange for a new bike to be sent.
Lee really didn’t want the hassle of this and tried to get me to accept some new forks from China and fit them myself! Not that buying a brand new bike for £1300 mattered!
This went back and forth for weeks and I also had to deal with China as Lee apparently couldn’t be bothered to help a dissatisfied customer with this!
Lee was not forthcoming with any information and had to be chased up every time and I got the impression he just doesn’t care about customer satisfaction as he is just a middleman and wants your cash, absolutely dreadful.
Anyway eventually got another bike sent which took ages and when that arrived that was also damaged! But as had taken 3 and a half MONTHS to sort by now I was totally broken by the experience and the joy of getting my first e-bike was ruined.
The one time Lee did message me was to tell me the first bike that I sent back he quickly replaced the forks and sold to a very happy customer! Shame you didn’t offer the same service for me.
This is a very shortened explanation for this transaction as so much went wrong and I would be here all day.
Lee is just a middleman who doesn’t care about his customer satisfaction and can’t be bothered to address any problems when they arise, he just wants your money,I have brought up the question of compensation due to the cancelled bike packing trip, the length of time it took (3 and a half months) the texts at 2am in the morning from Fiido not to mention the stress that it caused to both me and my partner but he has just ignored me! So that says it all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I was a nightmare customer who messaged him everyday but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
He just doesn’t care, he only cares about the money.
DON’T use LeEco-Riders unless you want a terrible experience. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had in 50 years so save your money and time and go elsewhere.
I’ve reported Lee from LeEco-Riders to trading standards so let’s see if that gets a response.

David did sadly receive a damaged bike the first time around and we offered him all the support he needed including the replacement part that was damaged and very a nice compensation sum.
The damaged part was easily replaced in 10 minutes but David refused the part and compensation, and wanted a replacement bike.

We was happy to send David a replacement bike but that’s when things got difficult, it took us around 3 weeks to get the bike collected by the courier as it all had to be on David’s terms.
The bike was left in the garden in a cardboard box for 3 weeks in the rain before it was collected.

We then got a replacement bike sent out to David, who could not use it because he went in to hospital for minor surgery.

David has since repeatedly harassed us with long emails demanding compensation because he couldn’t use his bike, after telling us that it was because of his surgery.

David has to be the most difficult customer who I have dealt with in 5 years of running LeEco-Riders.
I hope David doesn’t put anyone off from using our small business with his attempt to get the bike for as little as possible and leaving small businesses massively out of pocket.
