Ordered a chair from this company a week a go. Took my money straight away. Received no order confirmation. Have sent 2 emails, no response. Phone line goes straight to answer phone. Raised a dispute with my bank.
Ordered on the 14th September. Order confirmation received. Nothing since. No response to emails. This feels like a non legitimate company on reflection.
Has anyone heard back from this company?
I ordered a bed, had the confirmation of purchase on screen after I ordered, but had no confirmation email. Tried to ring them but it goes straight to answerphone!
I've done a bit of digging and the address that the company is registered under is up for sale!
Unfortunately I have to wait 15 days to register my disbute.
Ordered 2 items , 13th September, was 'shown' an on screen confirmation( which i took a screenshot of luckily) but have heard nothing since! Sent 2 Emails and phone number goes to voicemail. Will be taking advice from the credit card company asap!
UPDATE!! I Don't believe this is a genuine company although it may have traded previously, I am stuck in limbo having to wait 30 days to raise a dispute with the credit card company. The money was taken straight away and to an address in France. Still no communication from the sellers, the websit needs closing down!
Placed an order and haven't heard anything at all about delivery. I've sent three emails and had no response, and phone calls are repeatedly going straight to voicemail.
Companies house is currently recording that their most recent statement is overdue, so I'm hearing alarm bells.
If they do eventually get in touch with me, I'll revise this review accordingly, but so far it doesn't feel good.
