Leela Diamonds Reviews

-Website browsing for a loose lab diamond was a seamless experience.
-Customer service was very quick and gave elaborate responses to my questions via the chat feature.
-shipping was very fast and without any issues like extra fees for customs.

A fraudulent purchase was made with my Credit Card.

Still surprised such a purchase was allowed to be make without the credit card holder knowledge. It appears a refund was issued, so that was good.

Update: Thank you very much for the reply. It is understandable things happen and thank you for your assistance in resolving this.

It started with an order with a lot of concerns. I wasn't sure about the reliability of the business because it didn't have Google reviews.
I saw that there was an option to pay with PayPal. This gave me peace of mind.
At first I wanted to order just a diamond. I chose something that wasn't in stock, but they offered me something else on WhatsApp. A truly great diamond in every way.
Then I asked him to give me examples of rings. He gave me simple examples and I wanted something special.
He suggested that I send him an example of the ring I wanted. I sent him one and he told me that they were working on it and he would send me a demo of what it would look like.
4 hours later I received an example exactly like I wanted and ordered it.
It is important to know that when ordering to Israel, there are no taxes on a diamond alone, but there is a value-added tax on a ring with a diamond.
I understood that the shipment included all taxes and I also asked about it,
When it arrived in Israel after 14 days via FedEx
It turned out that there was the tax I mentioned earlier, I contacted them and told them that I had set a budget and exceeded it but because they promised that there were no taxes,
It was a misunderstanding because at first I intended to purchase a diamond alone and then added a ring.
I asked the representative to take responsibility because they did not inform me of the change.
And the company took responsibility and reimbursed me for all tax payments at a price of almost $900,
This indicates an exceptional and very reliable service,
They sent me a video of the ring before it was shipped, and when it arrived it looked much better, I could not stop marveling.
Amazing and recommended,
thank you very much!

The best place to buy diamonds

Beautiful, I am so happy with my order, the website photos didn't do them justice. Shipping time was reasonable and would order again. Thank you.

I give Leela 5 stars. The quality of the stone is everything I could possibly have imagined. The customer service was great, promptly responding to my email, and the price was good. Thank you so much. I would encourage anyone considering buying a loose stone to buy from this company. Totally satisfied.

Exactly what I asked for. The diamond is just beautiful.

The customer service is outstanding!! I wasn’t sure about the whole process of buying a diamond on the web, but they were very patient. I sent them a design for the ring I wanted to make and they provided full diagrams and pictures of my design. They also sent me a video of my ring before it was shipped to me.
They responded to all of my emails within hours. I can’t recommend Leela Diamonds enough!! My ring was ordered, custom made and shipped to me, within 25 days the entire transaction was complete. I will buy from them again.

Excellent Diamond and great customer service.

I love Leela Diamonds and being able to have millions of choices of diamonds at lower prices. They are an honest company and go above a beyond to make their customers happy. I just purchased another diamond and am excited to get it. They ship EXTREMELY quick and the entire process is very easy and smooth. They also have excellent communication and package the diamonds with care! Thanks Leela Diamonds!

Leela Diamonds was excellent to work with. They mailed our stone out right away and it is exactly as advertised. We are very pleased with this buying experience!

Absolutely pleased with my purchase. Plan to buy another stone soon.

The Service from Leela diamonds is really helpful, kind and quick. Their diamonds are of high quality and affordable prices. The shipping with UPS is the only part of my experience that was negative, this is not something that is their fault. However, if I was to give advice on an area to improve, I would look at changing the courier as they were not very reliable.

I am from Canada, I was a little hesitant buying a diamond off the internet but was very impressed. The communication was fast and accurate and the price was so good I could not buy it in Canada for the price they offered. I would totally recommend them!

Beautiful well priced 2 carat oval diamond. Buying process was easy and diamond arrived well packaged with all documentation included. Communication back and forth was done a professional and quick manner.
I have requested a quote on a commissioned mount for the stone and it too arrived quickly and reasonably priced!
Will definitely buy from Leela again!
