Marin was of great help as there was some misunderstanding after I ordered. She answered every email quickly and explained the process of how they operate, whether you order a regular size or custom as well as shipping times. The dress was shipped pretty quick , it fits great and is also of good quality!
Be sure before you order you know their policies and how they go about production and you will be happy with what you get!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LEELY. This "company" is a complete scam. The dress I ordered was not at ALL what was pictured, sizing was off, fabric was cheap and stiff, and the lace was all wrong. I originally asked to cancel my order because it would arrive too late, and was told I would receive no refund for cancelled orders. When the dress arrived and was too small, completely different than expected, and not at all what I paid for, I was told I could either get a $45 "store credit" or return the item for "inspection" before getting a full refund. The address provided for returns is invalid, and their customer service is fraudulent and unhelpful. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and will report them to the BBB as well. I paid $125 + shipping for complete garbage, and will not be satisfied until I get a FULL refund on my order.

Joyce was helpful and professional. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because the company does not deliver to military bases. This caused an inconvenience and cost me extra money to have it sent to my sister who then will pay for shipping to send the order to Okinawa, Japan.

Great Customer Service
I had accidentally ordered two of the same dress, but not long after realising my mistake I had received an email questioning if it was correct, I was helped out by Joyce and only a few days later was given my refund for the dress and then was told the rest of the order was being made, I’ve used this site before and gotten such great customer service both times and the dresses are so beautiful and unique.

The company itself is not the one you wished to buy from, not very flexible, if you want a refund is a real trial, they won’t pay for shipping costs or anything else . the sizes are not matching , the items are delivered very late ( 2 weeks).
But I would like to mention a person with I’ve dealt with- Marin .
This guy was very helpful and kindly helped me through all the refund trial .
He provided me very quick response and all the information I needed and the money were back in my account as he promised.

Took over six weeks to get the items RETURN police terribe
Took over six weeks to get the items, did not fit properly when this is my normal size and I order often with success. I had the item for less than a day, tried on, requested return. That is when I find your horrible return policy. I will post the terrible return policy on any social media ad I see for your company in hopes that anyone ordering will be willing to lose 65% if there money if they are not satisified with the product. VERY dissatisfied consumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
