Extremely long delay for in-store pickup

I ordered this closet for pickup at the shop, not home delivery, and it still took one full month to arrive at the store. This was not a custom order, which makes the delay even more unacceptable.

The waiting time was excessive, and communication was very poor. I was not informed about delays and had to follow up myself to get any updates.

The product itself may be fine, but the overall purchasing experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this shop if even in-store pickup takes this long.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Defective Product and Unresponsive Service

I recently purchased a bank from Leen Bakker, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition it arrived in. It was covered in scratches and stains that can't be removed, making it look worse than second-hand furniture.

I’ve reached out to customer service via email and the contact form, requesting a return or replacement, but I haven’t received any response after 4 days. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with your store, and it feels like a scam.

I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from Leen Bakker. The poor quality and lack of customer service are unacceptable.

Customer support doesnt exist

Customer support doesnt exist. You need to contact by facebook because theres no other channel you get a response.
I ordered a Sofa and when coordinating the delivery, needing to lift it up, this need to be contract by the buyer. The problem? They can not give you any reference of time of deliver but the nigh before (less that 24 hs). So you nee dto afford another company to proper deliver without knowing the time is going to be deliver.

scrap service

terrible services if I can use this word. Place order 1,5 month ago. Nobody can explain to me what really happened to my order and why It has not been delivered. Paid full amount in advance. Spent 30 min.every day x 3 days trying to get help , so no help , no explanations provided = : we shall recall you back

Watchout!!

Watchout!!
I ordered a wardrobe and I had wait for it almost 3 weeks.
Besides I received wardrobe without the back element.
I tried to call to Leen bakker company but nobody answered the phone (I tried almost every day per two weeks)
Next I had written few mails and I am still waiting more than 14 days!
This is not funny, I expect a child and I don't wanna waist time no more for your unnormal service anymore!
One star is too much for you!

delightful !!!!

Bought quite a few items from this store. i always found the service prompt. had ordered blinds, we got visited by their expert who took the measurements, advised us on the make and material and the blinds were ready to be picked in less than a months time.
i really loved the service. hope to get few more objects from the store in the future.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. I have told them to put the package in the front door of my house but rather they left it at the ground floor. Said they did so after consultation but I never told them such. Paid 25 euros only for delivery and this is what I get. Called the customer service and it took 30 minutes to get hold of anyone. They investigated and told me they cannot do anything but call the police. Amazing company. Will never order from them ever.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, to make a return you have to contact them but you can never talk to them. On hold for 30/40 minutes. Even with email, nobody answers.

No response at all

No possibility to contact client services at all. Email klantenservice(at)leen-bakker.nl doesn't work, emails can't be delivered. Client's form has been sent via website 3 weeks ago, but no reply. Support on the Facebook doesn't help at all. Total waste of time.

Updated 15:11: Yes, Leen Bakker has been with me in contact via Facebook after I wrote complaint here.
Updates 21.05.2023. My issue still not solved.
Updates 21.06: Issue has been solved.

Delivered on time, good quality standing desk

After reading the reviews I was seriously doubting using delivery service, but everything went well. Delivered on the selected by me date. Every piece was included. In my case I ordered one of the standing desks. Happy with the quality so far.

Very low quality materials

Very low quality materials, wanted to return it, i had to pay 8 euro which is expensive.

Deceptive marketing

Has the most deceptive marketing strategy. Their customer service is absolutely substandard. I purchased 4 items considering both the items and shipping cost. After some days 3 items are received and the 4th one was declared to be delivered after some day, but later found the item is out of the stock. Now the missing item will cost me extra.
They were supposed to confirm all items before sending, now neither they reply to phone nor to email. I am totally exhausted what to do!!!

Delivery deadlines not respected and customer service impossible to reach

I bought an item with a pick up date in the store three days later. Now 20 days later no updates on delivery.

I sent them an email asking for information on the delivery and got an automated answer saying that they are busy and will answer within 14 days, after 14 days no answer.

Worse the item is still for sale on the webpage with a delivery date of 3-5 days. When I posted a review saying that buyers should beware of delivery dates not being respected they moderated it and removed it (so obviously they have time to moderate reviews but not to correct delivery times or actual respond to complaints)

Money was charged immediately and there is no way to cancel directly online (only via customer service who do not answer in any case).

Ordered a computer desk in October

Ordered a computer desk in October, finally delivered in December. Assembled the desk only to find that the two drawers will not fit (too wide for the space). Sent an email asking for a refund or exchange and have heard nothing. Sent a second email, still nothing. Appears this company is only interested in selling and could care less about customer service. Find another store and avoid the frustration.

Stealing money from customer! No product deliver after 2 months !

I’ve ordered my desk and chair to work from home from 12/04 with the promising delivery date of 11/05. Nothing arrives in 11/05. On 12/05 they sent an email saying that they will delivered in the next 30 days because they are out of stock. Better yet I went on their website to check and they are selling those even on discount ! I tried to call customer service and they just hang up without any waiting lines. Worst worst service ever ! Hope new customers won’t fall in the same trap like me!
