My wasp nest was really in difficult place: under the roof with multiple entries/exits. Lee did the work in the same day we asked him for help - and the wasps were completely gone in 3 hours.
However, Lee also suggested that with this difficult setup, one treatment may not be enough and the wasps activity may be back after some time. And he was right, after 10 days I could spot some wasps flying around (a lot less than before though). So, Lee arrived with the 2nd shot (free of additional charge!) and this time it's done & done !
