Terrible client service
We used the platform to raise money for the departure of one of our colleagues, but our account got locked. There's only one contact form to reach out to their team, and they neither called nor responded to explain the reason.
We're now stuck with the money for the gift locked and no way to either get reimbursed or unlock the funds.
Stay away from this platform.

Astronomical 6% fees not highlighted when opening the cagnotte! I will not use Leetchi any more.
6% fees are not highlighted up front and should be for all those contributing and for the perosn setting up the cagnotte.
2-3% fees would be a maximum reasonable amount for the service provided. 6% is indecent especially as it comes as a surprise at the end when collecting funds. I will not use Leetchi again and will advise my friends not to use it.
