Loosing a loved one is painful, stressful, and heartbreaking. Having to continue to live every day, and carry on with life is hard enough,-but having to sort your loved ones estate out on top,-is incredibly difficult and upsetting.

I used an online service to find specialist Probate solicitors, following the death of my mother and one of the ones who responded was Legacy, Wills and Probate. Their quote was reasonable - not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive. I also had a very informative conversation with one of their partners, which gave me the confidence to entrust the necessary work to them. All requested documents were sent to their office in early November and about three weeks later I received an email to confirm that probate on my late mum’s estate had been granted and requesting settlement of the account. Unfortunately, the ongoing postal dispute delayed my receipt of the Probate documentation, however that was clearly not the fault of LWP. Their service, for me, was efficient and the cost reasonable. I would be happy to use them in the future for additional services that they offer.

I was dealt with by Charlotte who was very professional and had everything I needed to know at my feet. I am very happy with how much she worked with me and got me to where I needed to be with my will much appreciated.
