They filed returns for me for the last two years so I paid through their website this year also to file my ITR.
I paid in April and they called me and said that since I have TDS return so they will do the basic work needed and I gave them all the documents that were needed.
Now when I enquired after a few days they said AIS is still not available so once it's available they will file my ITR.
Now since April till date, I am waiting and now they say I will have to pay more to file my returns.
I refused to pay more and they agreed to refund my money in 24 hours.
Since last 10 to 15 days I have been calling them but they are not answering. I sent whatsapp messages to which they replied very late and kept telling me that a refund is in process.
Now they are not even responding to my calls and messages.
They were all the time lying to me and now they think I won't be able to do anything so they are not answering my calls and messages and not even calling back.
I have lost my money and time.
Now in the last moments I have to either find someone to file ITR for me or file it myself.
For such a small amount of Rs. 600 they are ruining their reputation.
