I'm sorry that you feel our handling of your enquiry was unprofessional. Having reviewed your account, I can see that you contacted us on 3 August 2026. During that call, our agent advised you on several occasions that the conversation would be terminated if the inappropriate language and behaviour continued. As these warnings were not heeded, the call was ended in line with our customer conduct policy.
I can also confirm that a complaint has since been raised and is currently being investigated by our Complaints Team. They have up to eight weeks to provide you with a final written response. Once their investigation is complete, they will contact you directly with the outcome.
