It's a fraud company. I got notice from income tax. They did the revised file for me. They assured me that you will not get the notice again on this revised filling. But I got the notice again on their revised tax filling. It's huge penalty added this time by the tax department. Now the Legal pillers team is not responding to me. The office is in Delhi. It's not possible for me to travel to their office which is very far from my place.

Legal Pillers took payment from me well before time upon fake promise but neither filed any ROC form nor appointed an auditor to my company. I had to constantly call them to remind them about compliances. When I requested a refund, an egoistic employee named Rohit started talking politely but actually, Legal Pillers employees are unprofessional, unresponsive, rude.
When I was asking them continuously about ROC compliances for my company, they were making baseless excuses and lying by saying that ROC compliances will by be done tomorrow and keep postponding like that. Tomorrow never came and at last, a lier named Ritika said that my company ROC forms are filed but in reality, they didn't file a single ROC form and left all critical ROC compliances incomplete. I had to pay a penalty to MCA for not filing AOC-4 on time.
They run misleading Google Ads and show false price. Be careful of Legal Pillers and do not fall into their trap. Otherwise, you may regret it big time. They are useless and shameless.
