My boyfriend and I were going to open the first business on October. We entrusted LegalPlace to process the paper. We sent papers as they requested on September 9th 2021.

Then we'd been waiting and waiting for a month. We decided to contact them on October 6th 2021 by chat on their website as nothing moved. Only then, we received the information that one of our papers was rejected without any notice from LegalPlace. And this is ridiculously unprofessional because we did send the papers as LegalPlace requested. And this is how they work.

NOW WE ARE STILL WAITING!!! The chat section on their website disappears and the system told us that it's bacause we use firefox while we're on Google Chrome. The only way that we can contact them is via email and they don't reply. There is no phone number on their website.

We entrusted them to handle the failure of French government in term of informing how to register a business that is ridiculously confusing on their website and we cannot process it ourselves. What we've got is frustration, disappointment, anxiety and anger.

We waste our time and money with your bad, unreliable service.

To anyone who is interested into using this business now, please run. You company deserves something better than this scam company.

Update 30/11/2021 : Today we called URSSAF to ask if our file is on the process with the government or not. URSSAF told us that there's no file of our company and this process won't take 2 months. So it means that our papers have struck with this scam company for months, they didn't even go to the government. And until now LegalPlace still haven't replied to us. We are going to cancel and ask for refund. In the end, we waited 2 months for absolutely nothing. Your job is to destroy people's lives. During the time we waited, we wasted our time, money and we created debt. You, LegalPlace, you make money by fooling people around. Shame on you and your business! REST IN PEACE

Update 01/12/2021 : We received a call from LegalPlace yesterday claiming that she saw our bad review (probably on Trustpilot, it's very ridiculous because we can contact them, not through their website or email, but through bad comment).
That person, who called, told us that they sent the wrong papers and it's on hold. Moreover she said that we check every day. To me, after hearing that, it makes me even more angry because it means that they see that our papers are on hold, they know that it's their fault, but they leave it like that. It's obviously a lie because if they check it every day, it would not end up like this and I would not have to type this. She promised us 3 times that everything will be done by Friday.

Subsciption and answering the questioner and also uploading documents were so easy and fast. My Kbis became ready within 7 working days (10 over days) after I completed all the necessary documents, despite one time reclaimation from the commercial athorities. Legalplace experts were always responsive on phone when I had a question or doubt, specially Mr. Mouad Serraj who followed my case personally and gave me his great support to achieve the result in the fastest possible time.

Such an excellent service, very efficient and professional.
My accountant quoted me over 1000€ to do the same thing!!
