The fact that I got a call late made my day. I’m usually trying to juggle these calls with my busy work and we end up playing phone tag. Attorney was helpful.

The legal team is excellent--lawyer Rachel Rajeski did an extremely though and professional job. High stars for the prompt response and your intake coordinator was pleasant and listened very well.

My experience was great with one exception. The provider attorney who assisted me ended up giving me to an attorney who was more familiar with my issue after the company I was having an issue with didn’t really seem to be understanding. The next attorney knew a lot more about this company in particular and how the basics of companies as such work. And gave me slot more information and confidence in how to proceed. Which in (2) days the company replied fair and positive. As a veteran legal shield client. We should always have a provider who knows exactly about the issue at hand and not a provider who just writes a letter based on the general knowledge of right and wrong.

I had an exceptional experience speaking with my LegalShield lawyer regarding a family matter. Brian Maynor made a great impression. He called back in a timely manner, he listened and gave me advice on how to proceed with the research on the case. Then he assured that after the documents I send in are analyze, and if there is enough evidence to get a lawyer involved then legal shield will connect me with one at my expense @ an discounted rate. I also think the price to get expert advice is reasonable .

We called close to the end of the business day and They provided an immediate platform (call center) to listen to and field my concern and issue. We were called by the attorney the next day (less than 24 hours).
After legal advice was given we were emailed case work that helped us understand our legal position even better.

It was extremely important to us to be able to just pick up the phone and get an answer as soon as we did so that we knew our legal rights and know what direction to go. We’ve been Legal Shield customers for years and it’s one investment we are glad we make each month. Through the years we have never been disappointed and they have always given stellar support and legal advice.

Not what i expected--- basically just gives advice, I can ask Chat GPT for that. Waste of money.

I needed to asked a question from a attorney they answered my questions satisfied with answers

I was expecting to speak to an attorney regarding my matter, but instead spoke to an advocate for a non-profit organization.

It was ok. I got to talk with an attorney but I got the feeling he was disinterested. He also gave me conflicting advice from a prior attorney. So, I wasn’t sure who had the right information. It didn’t really help with my situation, this attorney seemed very doom and gloom and made my anxiety worse. I didn’t feel like he wanted to help with my issue. That’s my experience- maybe others have had better.
Trying to cancel has been cumbersome so I guess I would not recommend their services.

When reviewing documents it would be helpful for the attorney to understand who the client is by asking some key questions.
