My parcel has been delayed by Royal mail for around 3 weeks. At first I left it due to the strikes from Royal mail but then I decided to email Legal show plates just to see where my order was. Ray was more than attentive towards myself and I could tell that he was just as frustrated as I was about not reviving my plates when expected, Ray was more than apologetic about this eventhough the delay had nothing to do with the company. Since I emailed the company, I have received emails every other day asking wether or not I had received my plates and when the answer was no, another apology came. I cannot fault ray one bit and for anyone who has left a bad review due to receiving plates later than expected then I say shame on you. Once the parcels have been sent out, they are out of the company’s hands. I will definitely use this company again should I need to.

I ordered my plates on 5th December. After a couple of weeks I began to get worried and even more so after I read some reviews on here. So I emailed the company and received a reply the next day. They had contacted royal fail and was ensured I would receive them in the next few days. However within an hour of reading the email the plates arrived safely with the postie. The delay in the delivery was a fault of the post office not this company. I can only give my feedback which is wholly positive for legal showplates. Special thanks to Ray for his attention during this time.

Ordered the plates during the Royal Mail strikes. Although took a while to be delivered I had great customer service from them and always a speedy reply to my queries. Plates look great, going to make a nice Xmas pressie. Definitely would use them again!

Good product and good communication. My order was delayed a bit due to the Royal Mail strike action. No fault of the vendor.

Ordered late November and due to the postal strikes the plates did take a few weeks to arrive but not the fault of LegalShowPlates!! The service has been exceptional. The product - gel plates are of excellent quality, highly recommended! Please be kind and understand the postal strikes are not the fault of the businesses. Plus many do not have the resources to deal with huge amounts of queries. That said this company have always responded to me and kept me updated.

We ordered our plates early December. Although they were delayed heavily with so many postal strikes. The communication was second to none.
The plates are excellent quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I ordered plates on 6th December, a surprise Christmas present for my daughter. I emailed as soon as I placed the order as I forgot to change the delivery address to my partners house (so my daughter wouldn't see them!!) Received a response almost immediately saying it was no problem to change address. I began to get worried last week wheni hadn't received the plates yet, emailed the company and they reassured me they were in the post and obviously with the postal strikes delivery was taking longer than usual. I still hadn't received the plates yesterday and was beginning to panic, emailed the company again and they replied, this morning we received the plates!!! So happy with the service, the plates look absolutely amazing and my daughter will be so excited. Please allow the company some extra time for delivery just now, with all the postal strikes it Is out of their hands regarding late delivery. I highly recommend this company and excellent customer service. Will be buying some more in the new year

I ordered some plates from legalshowplates ok its 5 to 7 days for delivery but i wasn't expecting a postal strick when ordered so when they didn't show I did get in contact with legal show plates and they got back to me straight and said its on its way they have checked the item when the plates did arrive to me they were very high quality and I am very pleased with them and would use again just remember the postal strike is not there fault just give it a bit longer you.will.pleased with the result

Ordered my plates from this company and they were totally responsive to my emails regarding my delivery and when I received the plates I was bowled over with how they came out. Excellent quality and first class service,well done and 10/10 to Legal show plates, I will definitely recommend to all my friends and acquaintances.

Upon ordering i started to feel regret due to the cheap prices and after i even saw all the bad reviews due to items being "undelivered" thus i contacted after 7 working days, to which they replied within minutes, and assured me my numberplate was on the way, come to learn there was royal mail strikes going on and as soon as they ended, today, i have received my plate and am more then happy with my order!! 100% Recommend

My order for 2 x Number Plates & Fixing Kit was promptly dealt with any duly dispatched. The delivery took a few more days than expected due to the Royal Mail disputes but still arrived in an acceptable amount of time. On receipt, unfortunately 2 x Screw Caps were missing from the manufacturer’s sealed Fixing Kit. I sent an email regarding this & received a very prompt reply, apologising for the missing items and was advised that another complete Fixing Kit would be posted out to me immediately by First Class Mail. This I received the following day, again delivered by Royal Mail.
The customer service I have experienced with LegalShowPlates, from very straightforward online ordering to the receipt of my order & promptly rectifying a missing item but most importantly the quality of the Plates for the very competitive price paid, I am more than satisfied with & would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a good product at a good price from a genuinely good company.

I have ordered a few times from here for my cars and next my van and i have never had any issues at all the seller has an outstanding service and i will always recommend these and definitely return without any doubt
Just remember royal mail is striking not Legalshowplates the company is amazing and No faults at all

Ordered plates but had to wait 14 days before they arrived. I also ordered 2 rear plates separately for caravan and trailer and only one arrived. Sent an email and received response within 24 hrs apologising and stating that the 2nd plate was on its way which I received the next day. Due to the long delay in receiving the plates I have only awarded 4 stars but otherwise very satisfied.

Only received plates after opening a case on Paypal...

No communication whatsoever.

The plates are really good quality and worth the wait it took just longer than I was expecting or hoped for, my email requesting an eta has been lost somehow which caused me to believe that it had been ignored

to get 5 stars from me I would need tracking and an eta update but the plates are pretty good

ordered nearly 2 weeks and still waiting no point phoning they don't answer and emails unless you leave bad feedback on trust pilot then they get in touch very quickly the plates arrived 48 hrs later at 6 pm at night and were very good I just hope they can improve their communication skills then maybe they wouldn't get negative comments

Really poor shipping policy! 5-7 days like that's acceptable these days. We're now on day 9 since order and they still haven't arrived.

I imagine they get lots of one-off orders as their price is right but I can't imagine people will go back... I certainly won't
