From Great To Terrible...
This company is recommended by a local courthouse for clerical e-services, as well as running to get physical legal documents county-wide.
They made an error in pricing, and told me it would be honored, but my important legal documents would be to me 2 days later than scheduled. I thanked them and accepted the offer. Two days later, they tell me that due to their unfamiliarity with the county Covid restrictions, they went to the wrong court to get my files. Because of this, they would no longer get my documents without re-opening a new order. Which STILL had the wrong pricing.
I gave the extra star because it sounded like they really did want to uphold their end of the bargain, but someone came along and over-ruled them, in my opinion.
Moral of the story is that there are far too many choices for the same service, to trust this company with your legal matters.
