I had just months before purchased a…medium, you did not specify that the sizes had changed ...not once in all of the rendering emails.
I had just months before purchased a medium size photo and my friend was excited to get it as I was to see it on his wall.
I told my buddy save that spot on the other side of the game room TV because I had something else coming.
Well he sent me a picture of a very small photo. I couldn't believe it so I wrote Legendary Art Work ...and this was a self created photo for the canvas. The reply I got was that our medium size has changed.
I had well explained the debt of gratitude I owe this friend and the situation prior to the order being completed though I had already paid for it.
They do good work but be very careful because measuring the picture that was sent, he received a small. I paid for the full floating medium and got a small that can't be hung equal to the previous picture. Medium doesn't mean medium anymore like at McDonald's.

As we have explained, your previous order from last year was before we added more sizes. we sent an email to previous customers as an update. We also clearly list the dimensions of each size on the size button you have to press to choose the size. Sorry for the confusion! You can exchange the canvas for the larger size you intended to purchase!

Nice print
The delivery time was very good, packaging excellent to outstanding, framing and matting good, and the print beautiful. My expectation, perhaps unwarranted, the print was going to be sharper and the unnecessarily somewhat complicated hanging method, are the reasons I’m not giving the experience five stars. I had to create my own simpler way (with my own wire) to hang it.
