The response of legion of vapers was fast and very quick. Answered my emails and replied same day. Sorted out my issue with a product and sent me a replacement very quickly. Over the moon with their helpfulness. Will have have no problems recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I've been using Legion of Vapers for many years now and have always been very impressed with their service and value for money. Now it's very easy to be impressed when everything goes smoothly but it's when something goes wrong that you find out what a company is really like. I had a problem with my latest order from here, the first problem I've had in all the years I've been ordering from here, and I'm happy to say they sorted it out without issue. There was no messing about or trying to pass the buck just a quick and helpful resolution. I really can't recommend Legion of Vapers highly enough, great service when everything goes right and great service when something goes wrong.

This company is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a Thunderhead Creation AIO mod and a Boro tank totalling £104.00, along with a Stalk RTA for £32.99. Both items arrived faulty, and their solution was nothing more than a meager £25.00 voucher. To top it off, items were missing from my order when using the £25.00 voucher Do not buy any vaping products from LOV

Great company outstanding customer service been ordering for a while and always a great experience& no problems, had a slight imperfection on a item i brought recently (not their fault at all) but they solved the problem straight away, so im happy to say I will continue to shop hear and as always glad to recommend this company

This was my go to vape store for a long time. I have spent a significant amount of money with this company, buying in bulk fairly regularly. However, they recently run a promotion where they were selling stock for as little as 50p. From the marketing material and he on-site content it seemed this was because with the law soon changing (which will make their disposable vape stock worthless) they decided to at least try to make some money from this stock before they have to dispose of it.

However, when I received the vapes, I noticed very quickly that they seemed old. The boxes were faded, the packets inside were inflated slightly in some cases, and the vapes themselves tasted disgusting and some were low in battery life. I noticed that all but one of them had no expiry date on them, and the one that did was out of date.

I of course complained and asked for a refund. After some back and forth, they suddenly said that the site had always stated that they were expired. I checked and the products did in fact say EXPIRED in the product title, however when I checked the source code of the pages, I could see they had added this to the pages days after my initial complaint.

I explained this, but this was still not good enough to get a refund. Instead they asked me to return the products unopened. Which is ridiculous. They are of no value to them, being expired and of course I would have opened them, so there was no possibility of this happening.

I am very disappointed, very bad business and will be finding another vape store to buy from in future.

Had a slight issue regarding the 5% email registration, it wouldn't actually come through to my email address, I tried three different Gmail accounts in the hope one would actually arrive, in the end I made Legion of Vapers aware through messenger and they rectified the issue with a code to use, they mentioned that they would pass it over to the relevant team to look into.

The order- placed Wednesday midday, dispatched three minutes later and arrived through DPD the very next day, it honestly doesn't get any better than that

Slight issue regarding recieving the incorrect coils, messaged and rectified straight away, no hassle, no stress, just absolutely fantastic customer care.

I'd absolutely have zero hesitation in recommending Legion of Vapers, my items were cheaper than my regular vendors, items arrived well packaged and extremely fast and they dealt with a very small issue immediately with extreme professionalism and sincerity.

Ten out of ten, I'll definitely be placing future orders.

Recently bought an order of vapes as they were all reduced, I assumed because of the up and coming ban, however, not only was delivery longer than expected, the vapes were out of date, and had absolutely no flavour in them. An absolutely pointless waste of time but how can this company get away with selling products 1-2 years past expiration? Despite contacting about my concerns, it does not fall under their policy to return for a refund. Almost £30 fo nothing. Unfortunately I couldn't post a review without leaving 1 star but it should be 0. Absolute bunch of crooks, buyers beware. I would also like to add that LOV, now want you scroll down several pages for information about expired stock! Does anyon else read pages of info before putting an item in the basket? Maybe the expiry date should be the most important information provided at the top of the page not several pages down!!!! You know it should that's why you've put a clause in to say no return on faulty vapes. I will be reporting to the correct governing body about this.
