Bad product
Hi, unfortunately I am very unhappy with socks. Despite the feet size is OK socks are too tight. The fabric is itchy. And the main outpoint is that it's not warm enough. My old thin socks made of wool and some synthetic warming feet MUCH BETTER than these new ones with Cashmere...
I have a scarf with some Cashmere in the fabric blend and it's super warm and cozy.
I expected these socks to be warm and cozy substitute for my old ones but it's not at all.
Having Cashmere and merino wool in the fabric composition should give warm and soft feeling but it does not.
Unfortunately I can't return because I've put on my feet one pair to try it on.
Unfortunately socks will be thrown out

You have not really reviewed our service, but a product you bought. We carry many different kinds of wool socks. Some are very fine and thin in the fabric, others are thick an warm.
We recommend that you seek advice (service) on the socks you buy. We are convinced we could have provided you with a far better match. You say "bad product"...we say "wrong choice".
That being said it is always unfortunate when a product don't meet the expectations.
We hope you find the warm socks you are searching for.
