Bought a pack of 3 in diminishing sizes. The largest spilt within months, being a joiner i glued it back together, the other 2 have splits in them and look like they are ready to fall apart with the slightest of pressure. Look great but perform bad!

Excellent Product & Customer Service
Excellent customer service! I had a query before purchase and Ileana was very helpful. The block I bought was a gift for my husband and he adores it! It's made beautiful and looks great say out on our kitchen counter. I would highly recommend Legnoart and I will definitely be back to purchase again.

The best grater ever
At my grand age I can safely say that it is the best grater I have ever had. In the UK we have a lot of 'box' shaped graters while this one has the right angle of surfaces perfect for grating, beautifully designed and excellent wooden grip handle. I got it as a Mother's Day gift and I love it!

Great service after sale !!
I had an incredible experience with defective product, i had my wine opener for 10 years bought in a local store for 125 CDN $ ,the piece broke, i didnt had service at my local store , nothing they could do was there answer, i then try to find the distributor in USA or Canada, no answer no follow up, i stop my search and forgot about it for years
Recently i went on line and made a research for LegnoArt in Italy, found the company sent a message and picture , few details about the defective wine opener. SURPRISE ! quick answer , no question ask , they offer me a replacement, they sent me a choice of color and shipped me a new one free of charge and no shipping fee !
This is a thru demonstration of a responsible company that made the extra step to satisfy an old customer BRAVO !!

Great Customer Service
I was having an issue with one of the LegnoArt wooden cutting boards that I purchased in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I reached out to LegnoArt to share with them my concerns. From their first response, they were timely, attentive, and looking for ways to address my concern. It was a pleasure to speak with LegnoArt and I am so grateful for their attention. They treated me with respect and did everything they could to resolve my issue. I left the interaction feeling valued and respected. I will most definitely purchase from this company again. They stand by their products and know the value of "great" customer service.

Excellent after-market service
Excellent after-market service. We've bought my parent's home and found a Grand Gourmand
chopping block. It was in pretty rough shape from lots of use, and it was missing the logo leaving a hole in the front. I contacted Legnoart who sent a new logo to Canada, and they advised me on how to restore the board. It turned out beautifully. It will be treasured and will be showcased in my new kitchen when it's finished.
