This is a SCAM! After purchasing turned out the website does not exist!

I never received my purchase, and noT even an email to confirm the purchase! All i have is a bank sms to show i paid for it, but the items never reached me

I still have not received my parcel and there is no indication when I am going to get it, if ever.

I eventually got my order. It took 7 weeks and I had no idea the items were coming from China which would have influenced my decision to buy. I was pleasantly surprised as the quality of the ribbed leggings and crop top sets I received, in purple, peach and blue. I wouldn't order again purely because it was stressful and many of their orders seem to get lost thanks to JCEX courier, but I do love the clothes

I ordered in April, and was informed that my items are on the way, tracking number provided is not recognised on tracking system, I have sent messages back and forth on Insta and via email, and unfortunately it seems that this company is a scam, I have requested a refund but i'm not holding my breath...
I'm so disappointed, I do not understand lack of integrity and complete disregard to customers. Their page on insta has been disabled, so that to me is a clear indicator that they have no intention of honoring any agreement. So disappointing, please avoid the nightmare and believe that everyone here has lost Money!

It’s a fake company out to scam people. I’ve never received my order and now the company has disappeared and rebranded as TrueTights because of all the bad reviews they got operating as Leg Republic. I asked for a refund and they said my order was on its way but according to the tracking number they gave me, it’s still In China. Avoid this company by all means!

The website has been down, I have not received my supplies, and I have tried to call multiple times. I want a refund.

I ordered 3 pieces in the beginning of April, I haven't received any of it and it is now June 10. I have emailed back and forth with their customer service asking for a refund, and they simply say that my package is still on its way. On my tracking link, it said that my package was in my state, and the next week my package was in another state. Complete scam and horrible customer service.

I've ordered 30th of may... and still waithing for my delivery.. and now I all of this simmilar situationts in comments, that's soo weird, what can we do now?

If there were negative stars, they would get plenty. Company is a SCAM. All product comes from China. Product took 3 months to receive. Tried to cancel after not receiving after a month. Excuse, after excuse. Now they want me to ship this crap back to China, pay for shipping and tell me this must be done within 5 days. They are a scam. And now the site no longer exists!!!

So, the bad publicity worked. They scammed a bunch of us and got caught...except they now are running the exact same thing under a new name True Tights or truetights.com (same exact merchandise, same exact policies, same exact website layout.) It's almost comical that this is a "rebranding" given how transparent it is to just continue scamming under a new name. I hope that for anyone leaving a bad review that you'll also go copy that review onto the truetights.com review page I started on trustpilot to proactively stop them from running another Instagram ad campaign and successfully doing this all over again. When I looked at trustpilot at the time I placed my order with legrepbulic, there was only 1 bad review up, so I went ahead anyway. It'd be nice to get the word out for anyone checking trustpilot and warn them before they place their order!

Anyway, if it helps anyone, if you paid with a credit card you may be able to get your money back. Contact your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charge, most should do this. What they'll do, is give you your money back from the order, tell you they are contacting legrepublic and that legrepbulic has a certain amount of time to respond before the charge is permanently reversed/removed. The company is now defunct/doesn't respond to anything (even before they took down the site), so chances are you'll get your money back since legrepublic will fail to respond to the credit card company. This was the case for me, the time for them to contest expired, and my charge was permanently reversed. While still annoyed at falling pray to this in the first place, at least I got my money back and I hope others do too.

I ordered May 22, today it’s June 8th. I still haven’t received anything. But, they were very fast to charge my account. I sent an email telling them that the package 📦 doesn’t seem to be moving. And all they do is send me the tracking number again. I recently sent another email 📧. And they never responded to that one.

Leggings took ages to arrive, had a black mark and are really poor quality. I got the leggings which kept being advertised in Instagram, pink with stripes.

Zero f***ing stars!! I ordered on April 29. And haven’t received anything yet. I talked to the support two weeks ago. They responded after a minute and said that my package was on its way to Denmark. They received my money one day after I ordered. This company ain’t worth nothing and know it’s called Truetights.com ;) bon appetit ! FRAUD😡
