Legup.in is very bad. The management is poor. They do not help when you need it. The staff never answers your questions. I feel ignored and frustrated. It is hard to get support or information. I do not recommend this service at all. There are better options out there. Save your time and look for help somewhere else!
I had requested for nanny in mid Sep ,2025 and they had asked me to pay the consultancy fees of around 7000 rs as a one month subscription. Later I was informed that there is no nanny availability for my area and they promised a refund and said they would get settle it in 12 days time but even after 20 days,I didnt get my refund inspite of multiple calls to escalation manager, refund manager. Please do not trust this consultancy. I neither got nanny nor my money back.
The experience I had was amazing. I have joint issues and they improved the flexibility in my hands and knees tremendously. I would highly recommend!
