The worst company I have dealt with

I bought goods from this website and when I received them, the jumper was faulty and not of good quality either. When I contacted them to return the goods, they would not give me a return address and offered me a 12% refund which I refused as the jumper could not be worn. After several emails to them they continually sent the same scripted emails to me over and over again and still no return address. This is designed to frustrate you so you give up asking for a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, their customer service is awful.
