Why on earth do you use FedEx for your deliveries? They are bloody awful. Your (Leica) products may be great, but the delivery is abysmal - no communication and late, so pretty much an epic fail.
I bought a used Leica strap and just opted for standard free delivery, but this excellent company upgraded my delivery to next day by FedEx at no extra charge so that I received the strap before Christmas. I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend Leica Store Manchester without hesitation.
