Omg the new 25/26 kit

Omg the new 25/26 kit
Dull dark uninspiring..... absolutely awful.... material is terrible and not worth the price. so will not be buying ......
Huge thumbs down.
Very very dissappointed to say season started kit not out in time.... and kit is the worst I've ever known it. No womens kit yet either ...... oh yeh womens kit out and again cheap nasty horrible and just not a tigers shirt ..... at all. Very little choice dark dull uninspiring not worth the money ... no tigers spirit in any of the 25/26 kit

For the attention of the Tigers Together Team Manager



Hi Billie

I wanted to get in touch with you to say what a credit Alex is to both your team and Leicester Tigers. He phoned me out of the blue on Friday 27th September to chat about the new Tigers Together membership scheme and was able to answer the many questions I had. Especially about the accessibility seating as I come sometimes with my Dad who is 90 years old and last season found it very hard to get in and around the stadium. Alex agreed to call me back to chat again on Sunday morning at 9am to finalize everything as I was at work on Friday. To my surprize as the clocked ticked over to 9am Alex was on the phone to me ( very rare these days for people to keep their promises and phone exactly when they say with would) and we were able to continue our conversation from Friday and get my Tigers Together premium membership up and running. Alex's Customer service skills are outstanding. He made me feel a valued member of the Tigers community. We arranged for me to come down Thursday 3rd to collect my welcome pack and to book some tickets. When I arrived the lovely lady on reception let Alex know and he came and greeted me and my dad. He then proceeded to book our tickets and assured me that he would be on hand in the future to book more when the booking window opens. I must say that Alex and lady on reception (sorry I didn't get her name ) were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. As I said a massive thank you to them both again and I hope you are able to convey my appreciation to them both. You are so lucky to have such quality staff working alongside yourself.

My ticket error dealt with fantastically

I made a massive error with my tickets for the Bears match & thought I’d lose them but the ticket office were amazing and helped me by allocating different seats, even though the game is pretty much a sellout. Thank you,Tigers - you really are a family club!

Great rugby; poor hospitality services

Whilst one primarily goes to Welford Road stadium for the rugby game itself ideally it should be more than that. The bar service at the ground is predictably poor. The bar staff in the main are young and clearly not trained; unable to pour a pint properly and in general they don’t seem to be even slightly interested in serving. As the designated driver I was unable to have an orange juice or tonic water - offered only coke! Poor choice was acceptable years ago but no longer the case - tigers fans deserve better.

Love the rugby but...

Love the rugby, no quarrels there. However, these capitalists are yet another organisation driving us towards a cashless society where every transaction is monitored and scrutinised for their benefit, not ours. I and my friends won’t spend a penny in their bars or shop till they stop discriminating against those who prefer to use cash. Shame on you.

do not buy at the store Leicester Tigers

Made a purchase on April 1, 2020, Order Total: $ 153.52. The store did not provide any information about the status of the order for 2 weeks. I wrote to the support service. They promised to answer in 24 hours. But 3 days passed, they sent me an unsubscribe that they don’t know anything, they will check with another department and write within 24 hours. Another 4 days passed, I wrote a new letter to them with a request to clarify the details of the order. After that, the store does not respond for a week. There is no my money and goods. The store has not sent an order for a month now and is not responding.
