Signed up for a new Leikr watch through Kickstarter. The watch was delivered a little late, and had some initial teething troubles, but I wouldn't be without it now. Sadly, the screen glass got broken in an accident, so I asked Leikr if they could help. I sent it back, fully expecting to have to pay for repairs etc. However, the watch is now back with me, with a new screen glass, and I didn't have to pay a thing! I would have gladly paid for the repair of such a excellent product. Nice to know that such customer service still exists.
