Absolutely fantastic staff that couldn’t be more accommodating. I have a specialized epic 9 that i didn't even buy from these guys . They took it in looked after me & filed a warranty claim for my flight deck rear shock . No complaining everything I asked they did without question . Not the experience i got from where i bought it.
Every thing was why do you want that felt like i had to complain to get my point across with how i wanted it set up . Not great when you spent 8k . Totally different experience with the guys at the leisure lakes they didn't question why I wanted it set up in that way ie the gears the wrong way round . They did it welcomed me in to watch . Showed me what to do . Took out the rear shock sent it off updated the flight suspension. which hadn’t been done at the previous place while I went off while they did a two hour service. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend the team at Leisure Lakes Bikes in Bedford highly enough. From start to finish the customer service was absolutely outstanding and they made the whole process incredibly easy.

I purchased my bike through the Cycle to Work scheme and their knowledge of how the scheme works was excellent. They guided me through every stage, answered all of my questions and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely straightforward.

Their knowledge doesn’t stop there either. The advice they gave me around the bikes themselves, upgraded parts and accessories was genuinely impressive. They took the time to talk me through all of the different options available, listened to what I was looking for and gave me really helpful, knowledgeable advice without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

What impressed me most, though, was the level of customer service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the team genuinely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and confident with my choice. Thanks to their advice, I ended up with a bike that I’m absolutely delighted with.

It’s rare to find this combination of expert knowledge, genuine enthusiasm and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be returning to Leisure Lakes Bikes Bedford in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, accessories or help with the Cycle to Work scheme.
