The customer service started less…
The customer service started less helpful but after 4 conversations this improved. There was a problem with our order but lit was eventually resolved. The fact is any business can make a mistake, its how well they rectify it that is what is important. They did really well in this regard as a result I would have no hesitatetion in supporting this family run business again and would recommend them to any future customers. I will be returning as a customer
