Hi Aaron we are sorry that you are disappointed however the fiamma awning should come with a fitting kit, we had been notified yesterday that it was missing and we are supplying you with the fitting kit, jen who you spoke to had requested a photo of your roof to ensure we send you the correct one, once we receive this we can send the correct fitting kit, i will get jen to call you again this morning again to follow up with you

Great product, speedy delivery and great price.
