När ägarna Ann och Jane öppnade Lekakademin 2005 gjorde de det med en ambotion om att göra det möjligt för danskar att köpa leksaker som utvecklar barns färdigheter. Stealers!I bought 2 water toys for 160 kr while I found the same for 29,90!!!! The worst part is that since I have completed their survey about our income they are bombing me with their newsletter and their ideas about buying new toys.

Poor customer service
Items were good, but I had issues with the postage and the customer service was very poor and unhelpful. - as they have replied trying to justify themselves, please note obviously they claim it is my error and they did everything they could - obviously they will say this - be wary

I am sorry to hear that you ware not happy with our customer service.
When you first placed your order at our shop you by mistake chose the wrong postal number which means that your package was send to a wrong city.
You became aware of the mistake when you received the invoice from us and contacted us.
At that time, your package was already packed and had left our stock, so unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to change the delivery address.
Therefore we recommended you to place a new order with the right address and we would get the postal service to send the first one back to us and then refund the money, ones it came back.
Unfortunately you were not happy with that solution, your opinion was that we had changed the postal code – but we not see your order, the system delivers exactly what is being clicked in by the customer. And our system prints out exactly the information that is giving in the order.
To help you we did send a new order without any extra cost. In that way you didn’t have to wait for the first order to get back at our stock, for us to resend it.
That solution you were happy with and in your last e-mail to us you thanked us for our customer service. Therefore we are a little sad to get this review from you as we tried our best to help you and you seemed happy, when you left our customerservice.
We are though very glad to hear that you are happy you with the product.
