Bad customer service JW06 wireless 5.8 GHz guitar kit

I bought a wireless 5.8 GHz guitar system but have had nothing but problems with it . Buzzing, not switching on and the guitar jack plug running out of battery life way before it should. I have sent numerous e.mails to Lekato who did respond once at the beginning but now they just don’t reply. The item is still in warranty but as I bought it direct from them Im left with a faulty unit . Terrible service . I do have other Lekato kit which work well but this one is a waste of time.
