Lelit and in particular Enrica…

Lelit and in particular Enrica Montagnoli, who helped me sort out a couple of teething problems at the beginning, have being excellent. The delivery of my coffee machine was so quick, and I was able to purchase it at a reasonable price. I was really impressed by how efficient the whole process has been. Definitely recommend this company if anyone is considering buying a Lelit coffee machine - I bought the Anita. Once again thanks.

Breville did not care about the…customer situation

Breville did not care about the situation I was in. Surely there should be a better system. Great machine but will not indulge Breville products again.

I had to use customer service 2 times…

I had to use customer service 2 times within 6 months, both for total machine failures. The customer service was great but the product quality was poor. If i have to use customer service you have already missed the mark. You are an espresso machine and accessory company, not a customer service company. I give Lelit 3 stars overall and only for you customer service department who is working tirelessly to preserve your reputation.

Multiple people assisting

I opened a ticket on here and via the Italian Lelit and both helped me. I got in contact with the Italian support first then they connected me with the US support.

My issue was resolved before needing to send in my machine thankfully.

I have been using the Lelit Bianca V3…

I have been using the Lelit Bianca V3 for a year now and couldn't be happier. The machine delivers consistently excellent espresso, and I absolutely love experimenting with the flow control to get the best possible shots from different beans. A big thank you to the Lelit Care team for their outstanding support and communication. Super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for any espresso enthusiast!

Support process is bad

My problem is intermittent. No one even responded until sent a picture of my box. There was no where to register.

All information was incorrect

All information was incorrect. I bought a product in China and find there is absolutely no support or service center. So my money is taken and I'm abandoned. I will never buy anything from Breville (Sage) again even when I move back to the UK where I would hope there is protection for customers. Worst brand experience ever.

It was not perfect but you were…responsive. I received a response for every issue I reported….much appreciated.
