Update to original post- after leaving the feedback below I was contacted by phone almost as soon as they reopened. They were very apologetic and eager to rectify my issue. I was informed I had been sent the wrong product and they would be dispatching the correct one ASAP. I then received a further phone call later that day again apologising but they were out of stock of the product I had ordered but offered me a replacement which I accepted. The product arrived promptly and seems very affective. I am pleased how well my issue was dealt with but still have a few questions why it took me leaving negative public feedback to get a response. I am happy to accept they tried to email me (even thou nothing in any of my mailboxes including spam) as everyone makes mistakes. I have removed a little of my original post to eliminate emotion and give a more balanced review. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS 21/5/17

I bought a product for Molluscs spots the picture on the website said "Molluscs" on it. When the product arrived the product said "warts" on the bottle. I emailed immediately asking for clarification that the product I had received was the correct one. I waited 4 days and then sent a second email it has now been 2 week and I have still not received a response. I purchased the product to use on my daughter but can not do so without assurance it is correct. I waited before leaving this feedback to give time to respond and if need be rectify the error but this has not happened. I would not recommend anyone orders from this company as I paid nearly £30 and now have a product I can not use. I will update this feedback IF the company contacts me to rectify the issue but I am not holding out hope. 14/5/17
