Breach of guidelines
The best clinic in Istanbul
Special thanks to Dr. Didem and the entire team of doctors at Lema Clinic, who gave my wife a perfect Hollywood smile with almost no pain. Dr. Didem was an awesome professional who took extra care of my wife. She explained the entire process step by step and was very careful because my wife is scared of dental procedures. The whole process was very well organized, from the initial contact and consultation via WhatsApp to arranging travel, accommodations, and the dental procedure. We would also like to mention another great person, Ms. Sabrina, who was our initial contact at Lema Clinic and organized our travel and the first assessment. The 5-day journey went very smoothly and was well organized, and we had only one small situation where, on the last day, we were picked up from the hotel 2 hours before the appointment. Later, it was explained to us that it was a misunderstanding between the transportation team, and it was quickly resolved. If I need to point out what could be improved, it would be that the operations team should slow down a little bit and communicate more efficiently among themselves. I don't want to forget to mention Ms. Mira, Ms. Berivan, and, of course, Ms. Miranda. Thank you, Lema Clinic.

Negative experience with Lema Dental Clinic Istanbul
This review reflects my personal experience. I was initially quoted 6,000 EUR, but upon arrival the price was increased to 9,900 EUR. After discussions with clinic representatives, a total of 7,000 EUR was agreed, and I paid 4,500 EUR in cash.
No written contract was provided, and I relied on the clinic’s translator. The invoice was issued 2–3 months later. I was referred to another facility (VDS Clinic), where nine teeth were extracted, which was not clearly documented in advance. The implants placed did not fully match the original plan, and the temporary teeth were not functional.
Later, I was informed that the final treatment would require a 12-day stay in Istanbul at my own expense, with no refund or alternative offered. I have reported the matter to the Turkish Ministry of Health and am considering further legal steps.
I advise others to proceed with caution.

I booked up to get my teeth done at the lema clinic after getting a ridiculous price in the UK. I was greeted at the airport by my private taxi and taken to the hotel. The next morning at the clinic I was met by a lady called Bisheng, who was my translator and organised my daily treatments. Everything was brilliant from start to finish and I now have a lovely set of teeth!

I honestly didn’t expect to feel this comfortable in a dental clinic, but from the first day at Lema Clinic everything felt surprisingly calm,
The atmosphere inside doesn’t feel cold or stressful like most clinics, it actually makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in, abd im gkad.
What I appreciated most is how patient they were with me. no rushing, no pressure, and they explained every small detail before doing anything, which made me feel safe and respected 🙏🏽
The staff was always smiling and checking if I was okay, even during and after the procedure.
It really felt like they cared about my comfort, not just the result and money 🙏🏽
Now when I look in the mirror, I feel so much more confident and happy with my smile 😊
