Great experience despite other reviews
The delivery was quick even during pre-christmas holiday season. The caviar arrived well packed with plenty of ice left. The jars which we opened so far had a great caviar.

Extremely disappointing experience — missing item, damaged product, and no response
I placed an order for two premium caviar products. The delivery arrived with only one and even that tin was dented, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product.
I contacted customer service immediately, 3 times already, but received no reply at all.
For a company selling luxury food items, this level of service is extremely disappointing.
I really hope the company addresses this, because the product quality and customer service do not match the price point
