    I've been using Lemfi for over two…

    I've been using Lemfi for over two years and they have never even disappointed me. Quick response to problems and resolves issues within a twinkle of an eye. Overall, I'm enjoying Lemfi. I suggest if they could add to their partner country like South Africa.

    They call me and ask for five star…

    They call me and ask for five star review after i give 5 star few days later i send money to my family then they review my account and closed my account without any reason third class app always face delay while sending money i don’t recommend to anyone

    When sending money with LemFi

    When sending money with LemFi, it is fast for the recipient to get it. I like the instant confirmation that the transaction was successful but the rates may not always be the best in the market.

    Apart from a few glitches which were…

    Apart from a few glitches which were sometimes caused as a result of network issues rather than Lemfi services, I have always had seamless experience. The reward system is also good and encourages me to pile up points . The site is often upgraded for ease of use and for security purposes.i am satisfied with the services Lemfi offers .

    Advertised 5% savings account unavailable after account opening

    I opened a LEMFi account specifically because of the advertised 5% easy access savings account.

    I completed the identity and verification checks and successfully opened the LEMFi account. However, the savings account that was the sole reason for opening it never appeared in the app.

    I contacted customer support several times over a period of weeks and received little meaningful assistance. Eventually I was told that the savings account was not available. Despite this, it continued to be promoted on LEMFi’s website and appeared in savings comparison tables.

    After getting nowhere by email, I unexpectedly received a phone call asking for feedback. I explained the issue and gave LEMFi the opportunity to resolve it. Instead, I was told that before anyone could discuss the matter further I would need to complete an external questionnaire. Whether genuine or not, this struck me as an unusual way to handle a customer complaint relating to a savings product.

    No one was able to tell me when the account would become available, why it was being advertised if unavailable, or what practical steps would be taken to resolve my complaint.

    My experience was of poor communication, ineffective customer service and a savings product that was promoted but unavailable. Based on that experience, I would not recommend opening an account solely for the advertised savings offer.

    It will be really nice if a debit card (a mastercard) can be introduced . A card that customers can use to withdraw chosen currency.

    Excellent, easy to use app

    LenFi app is extremely useful and easy to use. I appreciate the fact that they continue to improve on the features to make transfers easier.
    Their customer service team is also efficient. I spoke with Cench today who was helpful.
