Poor product very poor customer service- took 3 months to get return address and 3 months on still no refund- please don’t waste your time or money buying from these people
Long time for the items to arrive (over one month).
And it was broken when I open the box and now the custemservice doesnt answer. So DONT order things from this company.
Took money right away, waited a very long time for package. It seems like their own brand and stock but its delivered directly from factory/hub in china like Wish or Alibaba. Once the product came it was wrong and i sent a complaint and wanted the money back. They told me to send it back to China in order to get a refund, the problem is that the freight cost more than the actual product and because the product is wrong, i should not pay the freight.
Scam-like business that should not exist but earn much money on peoples trust.
Ordered on December 4, still no parcel, and no reply from customers service. Intended for a Christmas present so I’m very disappointed!

They withdraw money from your creditcard before! they ship your order. I selected quick delivery to Denmark, now 10 days later the packet has still NOT arrived! and its a Xmas present. On the page they write you can not complain until after 45 days! if you dont receive your order….. OK why you promise to deliver before Xmas then??
