Reasons for 5star rating from my side is because:
1. Quickest money acceptance in my LemFi reserves.
2. Fastest delivery to my selected recipients.
3. Prompt actions taken against any complaints.
This all concluded for my survey response.
Fast transaction, little wait time. But I expect better customer service when it comes to making personal changes.

Lemfi is not a reliable organization, they are not responsible, they are dubious as well. It's taking them more than a week to process £300 pounds.
