Avoid the company
In my experience, they took my car and put it into storage without properly explaining the consequences. It felt like this was done to run up daily storage charges and bill more to the insurance company. I felt completely ignored and uncared for as a customer. Once the car was in storage, the costs just kept piling up. Very disappointing experience — I would strongly warn others to be careful and avoid this company😠
