100% not worth spending money on. The material is cheap and nothing like what they advertise on the website. Took over 6 months to arrive and wasn’t anything like what I had ordered. Contacted the company multiple times for tracking information and they never responded. Eventually I gave up and the items showed up in the mail. Extremely disappointed with the purchase.

After nearly 3 months I only received one of the two sets I ordered. As other reviews state, it's just cheap imitation and certainly not worth the price or wait.

The items are cheap knock offs from China, arrived in packaging that didn’t have any mention of the brand name or any sort of details that showed it wasn’t direct from a supplier. The items are shipped separate and I’ve been waiting two months for one to arrive. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

I really wish I looked at reviews before I ordered. It is a scam site. They have since removed their Instagram page. I ordered $70+ is AU$ 6 weeks ago. Have called and emailed multiple times with no response. Big scam. Not worth the wait. Just spend the $$ on Gooseberry Intimates instead. Big big scam :(

I’m writing this review trying to be as objective and fair as possible. I bought the Elle Intimate Set in Green from Lemon + Lace for $24. This website is actually a dupe boutique attempting to imitate the much more expensive and high quality online boutique “Gooseberry Intimates.” I checked the price for the same original set and it would’ve cost me around $80.

To be fair, you get what you pay for with Lemon + Lace. The product took 40 days to arrive in the mail, even in the midst of COVID-19. The material is pretty cheap if you compare it to the original, but let’s be honest — I paid less than half the original price. The set looks very nice and flattering upon trying it on. It definitely looks like the set the model had on in the picture and aesthetically-wise I would rate it a 8/10.

My main problem with this company is the fact that it advertises itself as an American company and that they “ship from the US.” In reality, this is a Chinese company that ships out of China and quite possibly has ties to the company SHEIN, as my set came with tags from this store. Trying to contact customer service is impossible because the email and phone number they have listed on their website is fake.

Other than that, I recommend this store if you’re looking for an affordable alternative to Gooseberry. Just do know that 1) it will take a VERY long time to arrive 2) the products from this boutique are dupes and 3) the customer service is terrible.

Scam. After more than a month 1/5 pieces I ordered were finally delivered. It says shein right on the tag with is a cheap low quality online store... Where the hell are my other pieces? I will be contacting my credit card company.

I ordered in November during black Friday sales. Haven’t received my order. No reply to my countless emails. Tried to message on Instagram- no response. I also noticed they filter the comments because all of my comments on the IG have been hidden. Out of pocket $150 😩

SCAM!! I ordered my package over a month ago and still haven’t received. I have emailed them 3x, called 2x, and messaged them on social media. No response. I’ve reported them to the FTC online consumer fraud.

The garments are TERRRRRIBLE! The lace is not symmetrical, the material is extremely cheap, OVER SIZED. AWFUL just AWFUL.
The bras do not have underwire in them. The clasps are cheap plastic clasps which do not hold. REFUND policy is 14 days of purchase however it took 10 weeks to get to me.
Lemon and Lace should be ashamed to sell these garments.

Terrible! Took weeks and weeks for my package to arrive to come in seperate little bags from China! The quality is terrible and do not match up with the photos.

Got suckered in my Instagram. After ordering I noticed high numbers of comments on Instagram photos but when I clicked on the photos there were only 1 or 2 comments. This has me to believe it’s a scam, they delete comments that call them out. I wish I read reviews before, but they are con artists and make it look like a legitimate company. $35 down the drain, no items received!!!

Massive scam, I ordered a set in November for the Black Friday sales and I never received the order. I sent multiple emails to follow up and never got any response.

I put in an order exactly a week ago. I got a confirmation email about my order, but I never got a confirmation email when my order was "shipped." I created an account with the email I used for my order and when I went to my account it said that my order was shipped and provided me with a tracking number and a link to track my order. When I clicked on the link it said the tracking number did not match up with any orders in their system. I'm 99.99% sure it's a scam.

UPDATE: It's now April 25, 2020 and I still have yet to receive my order. I have reached out to the company a total of 5 times and never got a response from them. I was able to get in touch with a girl who also purchased some stuff and she was able to get her tracking number to work. My tracking number does not work and I will be contacting my bank to see if they can do anything.

I received my order and it's from SHEIN. If you aren't familiar with SHEIN, it's a company based out of China and their clothing is crap. I opened my package and it was in a SHEIN bag. They didn't even try to hide it. and the bra was ripped on the side. AND MY BOOBS DON'T EVEN FIT IN IT. So there's my final review.

Took around 10 days to get my order but very satisfied with the quality of the product. Overall happy!

Ordered months ago, they wouldn’t emailed me back after countless attempts. Months later I get a package from China with a poor quality lace set. I paid $60 for something worth $5. It is a scam

Yup, it’s a scam. Ordered something back in November... no answer to email, and the link to my “confirmation” “no longer exists”.
