Beware: don't trust their refund "guarantee", which lost me 150 € plus postage for a large framed picture
Scammers. Lost 150 € plus ~20 € to trusting their refund guarantee: Ordered a large picture for 150 €, received it completely broken (badly wrapped & predictably destroyed in transit). When I saw the picture live, I no longer wanted it -- had a different vision from the online photos. Emailed them and asked for their refund as per their guarantee online, and received an acknowledgment -- "we already shipped a replacement but yes, sure, if you end up not liking it we will refund you completely". Okay, the replacement arrived safely and I asked for the refund and for return instructions. Nothing happened for several months, despite several reminders via email. I initiated Paypal's dispute procedure, but Le Monde Des Tableaux told them that they had sent a replacement and so Paypal kept the money for them. I even returned the picture at my own expense and I have tracking to prove that it arrived and was accepted. But I never saw my money.
