I wish I would have come here first before I ordered my Jacket.
It's been six weeks since I ordered it and when I try to inquire about it they send me an email in Chinese to try to track it, and their tracking numbers stop when it leaves China... If it ever leaves China. I feel I have been scammed and this company should come with a warning label.

I am still waiting for my 2 Jackets that are paid for,
I will look to start legal proceedings for falling to honour contract.
No jackets still they sent a email last week 16 jan saying that it is being shipped. I have requested a refund and still have not heard from Lemondress regarding my request.
Please people my advice Stay Away from this company they do not hold up their side of the contract. I placed order early December it was meant to arrive 31st Dec then they changed to 6 or 6 January and now nothing heard from lemondress STAY AWAY. My experience has been the worst.

Soooo I ordered a jacket off lemon dresses myself and let me say I told them I was pursuing legal action if they didn’t send my item that I had payed for because they were taking forever right... they told me everything they’ve told everyone else on these reviews... well after I told them I was going to take legal action, they sent me my jacket and let’s just say the material is so cheap and ugly it’s ridiculous... I emailed them an told them the material is cheap and that the jacket didn’t even fit me mind you I’m at XL but I got a 3XL bcus it’s China sizes.... this is the worst place to ever order from They Got Me For 40 dollars an want to offer 10% off my next order... What makes them think ima ever order from them again lmfao.... guess I’ll just have to dispute it with my bank bcus they want pictures of the quality of the material

horrible, cant find the website no more, never received my order, AOL marketed this website and advertised it, i clicked on the ad that was on the home screen of AOL, there is no link anymore states website is no longer there, how can AOL support scammers! i will never buy anything associated as a ad on thier site ever again!! scammed!!! my bank Navy Federal will be disputing these charges! shame on lemondresses.com company dont even want to claim this site smh!

Placed an order 11/13. Followed up a month later and every week since. All they did was ask me for more time and try to explain a shipping timeline that isn't on the site. They even tried appeasing me with 10% my next order, which is NOT going to happen. Sunday, their site was down, so I reached out to PayPal(glad i used PayPal to order. Got emails that they are investigating and mysteriously this morning got my shipping info, although no site is provided for tracking. At this point, I don't expect to be happy with my order.*****update 1/26: i received a package this week with 2 items when i ordered 3. The quality is absolute garbage, feeling like these were made with clearance items from a fabric store. I reached out and a.) Still havent heard back after a few days,b.) Their email has changed, c.) My email is no longer recognized on their website,d.) paypal denied my dispute. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never got my package scam wat number did ya'll call and did anyone get there money back? I'm too mad!!

Just took me for $45, I cannot believe what I just received my Coat that I Purchase looks like a two-year-old made.

I hate that I had to rate this company but I want people to know this is a scam. I received a coat that was nothing like the picture and it has been impossible to return. I have tried to return at 3 different sites and have received no response. I doubt letting lemondresses.com know the problem will rectify this purchase.

Yeah I get it..I got took $103. Money just gone. Ordered 2 coats November 7 have not received a thing the site is down and this is just how horrible people can be. PLEASE!! NOBODY order ANYTHING from this site if it ever comes on line again. Theses people will receive a Severe Karmic Experience I guarantee it.

This is a scam website. I just reported them to paypal. Dont order anything that has a similar website whether or not they have an App. I never recd the items ordered and now their website is down. I will only order from H and M from now on. This is the 1st and last time I will be scammed. Hopefully I will get my 90.00 back from PayPal. Saw the previous post about possibly Eric Dress being the new site that they have set up for another scam, but this one has an App so that's why I again say dont order from an App that you have not dealt with in the past, cause its prob a scam too. Hope this helps anyone else from being ripped off.
P.S. If you paid thru PayPal escalate your dispute to a claim cause there is a limited amt if time to try to recoup your money.

I DID NOT RECIEVE JACK FROM THIS COMPANY! BIG SCAM! Ordered in Early December, never received anything! Their website is down, and I tried contacting them, but no response! I can’t even get a refund! >:(

I hate that I had to put a star to rate this site. I like everyone else got scammed by this site. I just received my order yesterday after placing it in early November. The disrespect they showed me by sending me a fleece jacket that some kid probably made in school has me fired up. It was small enough to fit in my mailbox. I ordered two items and only received one. Now that website is down and it says error 😡. Sorry for the customers who ordered in December because I don't think they will receive anything. Now be on the lookout for a site called Ericdresses lol so original. They have basically all the same product but just a new designed website. New site now also is Celiasecret. They didn't even change the website this time they just changed the name.

I made a purchase just like the rest of you and have not received it. I made the purchase on 21 Dec sent multiple emails and when they finally responded they said “ I know you are eager for your order be patient” I wanted to jump through that email. So angry so I disputed it with my bank got my money back...

Dispute the charges. With your bank!!!

I placed an order on December 3 2019 and still haven't received my package. Go online to check the status of my order every other day but today there's a problem site. It's told me it's been shipped but now can't track it at all this is B.S.. can't even get my money back

I wish I can't rate at all, this shopping website is trash, I ordered 4 items since 8th December 2019 and after waiting for 5-9 business day before it ready to ship and have a tracking but no tracking number, I asked for a refund but state it clear there won't be refund but rather I wait as the items gone through final inspection with no tracking number, finally 3 days ago a tracking was issued through there website and not to my direct email that 1 at of 4 items has been sent but to my surprise, I tried to login to the site yesterday and the error message received was site not available, THIS LEMONDRESSES IS A BIG SCAM, I wish there's an authority I can report this to cos is so annoying😡

This company is pure garbage ..... misleading , false information ....customer services stinks to hell and back ....ordered a coat 2 months ago and haven't recieved it yet...emailed them several times to get no reply ..

Terrible website. Very misleading received cheap merchandise that does not even resemble what I ordered. SCAM
