Ordered a coat, expensive one, said it was on it way never turned up. No updates, nothing. Don't waste your money here, its a scam, won't give you your money back.

SCAM!!!! Took my money and have sent nothing. Email does not work. Their Lemonie Boutique Whatsapp is sometimes read by someone but they do not respond to calls or messages. I will be taking them to court.

Even a one star rating is too high. I ordered a necklace from them in November 2024 as a Christmas present. It never arrived. If you send them an email it is knocked back. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not using my credit card, so could not claim under the Consumer Credit Act. So, I used Money Claim Online and have obtained a CCJ against them. The debt is too small to enforce but, hopefully, it will cause them difficulties obtaining credit/loans going forward.

Avoid this business at all costs.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give 0 stars. I received my order (unlike most others) in Nov. 2024 and requested a refund on one item - email address provided "doesn't exist" - contacted by EVERY other method and got no reply. Even wrote a letter to the return address from my parcel. I am now escalating and will consider taking them to court.

Scam site. Purchased a Hell Bunny dress and it’s never been dispatched. They don’t answer emails or WhatsApp. Hopefully will be able to claim money back through bank. Shop with care.

I ordered a coat 2 months ago. To this day I have not received the shipment or a refund to my account. No contact whatsoever (whatsapp, email, website). I do not recommend! I will discourage everyone and everywhere I can.

Never received my order of three Hell Bunny Dresses despite multiple emails and Inquires . Site kept saying order in process till it totally disappeared. ( order #1930) They never sent the order or replied to any of my messages Contacted my credit card company to lodge a dispute and they lied and claimed they sent the order . Still going to fight for my money back $130.00 and to keep others from using this utterly fake store sll good reviews are by them .

Never do business with these people. You will just lose your money. Ordered a necklace for my mum for Xmas. They said it would be dispatched a few days later. Still waiting and no response to calls, texts or emails, despite all the bumpf on their website about caring about customers and being able to speak to ‘real people’ if you want to. These people aren’t real they are utter fakes.

I was really pleased when I went on this website and saw some of the 50s style dresses. I ordered and paid my money and waited patiently for my delivery stated to arrive on 2nd October. On the 4th October I queried the delivery firstly on the site, the chatbot stated this was still being processed and then I attempted to email the site back from the confirmation email they had sent and I promptly received an email from mailer daemon stating the email does not exist. I was very upset after spending £110 for this item and no product received. Thankfully I contacted telephone banking and was able to dispute the order and after some investigation by my bank, I was able to get a refund. It did cause alot of inconvenience as I had to change bank cards and provide evidence but thankfully this has now been resolved. I would be very cautious to shop from this company and advise you to do some checks first.

Even had the cheek to fight the refund request to the bank.

Note I got my refund through the bank, never heard a peep out of the company, the email or the text coms.

Only communication was them fighting the refund with the bank.

I purchased an expensive coat 8/26/24. it's been well past the window of shipping- I've never received my item. Not a refund in sight. They won't respond to any messages on facebook. the email address provided bounced my email back. they don't care about the customer they're there to try to ROB YOU! which is apparently exactly what they are doing to me. I'm 9 months pregnant due any day now and this is not something people should have to worry about. I would never try to purchase from them ever given the choice again. RUN!!!! try lindy bop or unique vintage atom retro they at least ship your item and you aren't ROBBED and STOLEN from. In a world where online shopping is becoming the norm... we should have higher expectations and punishments of those willing to do this to the average customer. Can you afford to be out money on anything? I know i certainly can't... and THEY WON"T MAKE IT RIGHT!!! That's terrible customer service... may as well be ordering from china... not the UK and here i thought the English had more class than that... Boutique- yeah more like internet heisting in full swing with pretty pictures of things you'll never recieve... better off playing the lottery at least you know you'll likely have your money thrown away...

Do not use this company. It is a scam. They took my order and said it would be delivered 14th September. It never arrived. Unable to chase as their email bounced back and WhatsApp they ignore. Have had to take it to dispute with the credit card company. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Its a scam! The email i got in my orderconfirmation and thats on their homepage does not exist. I tried contacting them both on Facebook and Instagram but no reply.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered my dress over a month ago, it has not arrived and emails to them keep bouncing back so I am trying to claim a refund from my bank. Do not use.

As others have said, no communication AT ALL after paying for the dress, their email bounces back, and despite them replying once on whatsapp, they then ignored me completely. Have spent hours trying to get a refund through my bank. So not cool.

This company took my money and never delivered the dress. Both the emails bounced back, and all my WhatsApp messages were ignored. They’ve refused all communication and so I’ve reported them to the bank and am awaiting a refund. Don’t buy anything from them.

Really poor. I ordered 2 skirts on the 31st May with an estimated delivery date of 5th - 7th June. Those dates came and went. I emailed them (the email bounced back). I sent them multiple WhatsApp messages asking for an update. When I messaged them to say (after reading other reviews on here) that I probably won’t be receiving my items, they replied saying that they wouldn’t do that, they are a mother and daughter team, and they need to look at their IT to check the email situation….. yawn. Nothing ever came of any of it. I opened a dispute with my credit card company, sent them screenshots of my correspondence and lack of theirs, and they refunded my money. Stay away from using this company, it’s a dead end.

I had previously had a really great experience with this site and so placed another bigger order with them. They’re a great wee team and communicative with you. They are a small business so patience is a virtue but a great selection of items at brilliant prices, cannot complain. Will be shopping for even more!
